The main reason we stayed at this hotel was it had a pool. We were only an hour or two from home, but thought we would let te kids swim in the morning before we left, only to find out that they added some chemicals to the pool right before it was to open. We were told the pool was not usable for the next 2 or 3 hours. I think it would be more efficient to add these chemicals at night when the pool is closed??? Oh well, off to the next hotel.

There was a Very Bad snow storm when we stayed. The staff did ALL they could and made it confortable. Most resturants were closed but the Denny's next door stayed open mostly for the guests close around. Everyone was very short staffed do to the weather but worked Extra hard. We will stay again just because they made it a good stay.

Breakfast was a little on the plain side, but otherwise this was a very good hotel. Service staff were friendly and the place was very clean. Pool was small but again well maintained and clean. Would stay there again.

we chose this hotel due its location. though the lobby and the front desk girl were outstanding, the rest of the hotel could definately use a good cleaning. the windows in our room had greasy fingerprints on them, the floor in the pool area was cluddered with trash, our room smelled horrible. we stayed at this hotel about 4 years ago and it was wonderful...not […] sure what changed, but something did...hire a cleaning crew!!! Nice hotel particularly at the asking price. Didn't partake in the breakfast but it looked decent and I saw many people taking part. Beds were a bit on the old side, but still in good shape and clean. Room was very clean and in good condition. The only complaint was that there wasn't a way in which we could park my vehicle so that I could see it from […] our room. Our room had an odd odor like someone had gotten sick and it was covered up by deoderizer. Bed and pillows were comfy. Blankets and spreads were worn. Bathroom clean. Breakfast skimpy.

Smoke filled the hallway as we passed many smoking rooms to our corner room,, the only one that was non-smoking in a group of 4 rooms. Nice hotel, but noisy patrons ruined the atmosphere with screams and voices at 3am. Registration desk took way to long to recognize me, waiting almost 20 min to check in because she was helping a family get 6 people […] in 2 rooms for a cheaper rate. Not that they should be ignored, but she could have acknowledged me and let me know it would be a while. Comfort Inn has a good reputation, but it is attracting a strange patron group in this location. Nothing against truckers and ladies of the night, but I would not expect to hear that in this hotel.
