      Nice hotel. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Very good food in restaurant, although lacking in ambiance. Convenient for mall or airport. Noisy corridor at night (right near elevator). Personable staff.

      Near the Amtrak, affordable and clean, Staff was nice and a great continental breakfast. Smoking and non smoking. 207 taxi co. is nice to get around but it is a $10. bill to get to Old Port District

    We traveled to Freeport for a leisurely overnight visit. The comfort suites was a great reasonably priced hotel. The room was clean, the service was... friendly and the basic breakfast was exactly what we needed before starting our day.     I haven't had good experiences with Comfort Inns, but the reviews I read online about this one made me decide to take a chance. It was so worth it, in every way. Even the hotel pool and hot tub were ultra clean, and that is hard to find. I have nothing but praise for this hotel.

    This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. We came back because the first stay was as good as we expected. Outstanding staff and good clean basic place to stay. Our second stay started out a disappointing. When we checked in we were well taken care of, but another young man trying to check in interrupted the other clerk who was more interested […] in going through the sunday paper and didn't want to be bothered. This was out of character with what we had experienced in our previous stay. Breakfast the next morning was also disappointing. The woman working the breakfast nook let things run out. People had to wait for fresh coffee and she did not stay on top of things at all. The next two mornings were much better. We'd stay there again.     This hotel was average, however staff attention to detail was below average. Upon check-in we were assigned a room already occupied. During breakfast - with so-so foot - there were no staff to be found to replenish food or provide assistance with the use of equipment. My only negative comment is that they placed a card on the bed that stated they were "saving the planet" - if you didn't mind not having your sheets changed each day, place the card on the bed.     Comfort is the correct name for this hotel!! The beds were great and we loved the hot tub and pool. My only suggestion for their lobby would be to add hot chocolate to the coffee and cookies.

    The only thing that disappointed us was the "fitness center" . Equip was broken and there was only one treadmill anyway. Luckily weather wax beautiful so we could exercise outside. Other than that it was clean and all the staff was pleasant and accomadating!

    The Comfort Suites was a nice surprise.The room was exceptionally clean and confortable.The pool was a bit small and could have been maintained a bit better,but was still o.k.The free breakfast left a bit to be desired,but was ok,nonetheless.I would recommend the hotel for comfort and cleanliness.

    This is a good, basic hotel with good amenities like a buffet breakfast, a pool, wi-fi and a good desk in the room. It's about a 5-minute drive to the center of Freeport, so it's a good option for visitors to the outlet shops. The desk clerk was friendly and informative on check-in. I'd stay here again.
