The room stunk of mold and mildew. Airing it out didn't help and as for the fact I was quite busy I didn't have the time to Change rooms. The bed was lumpy and the carpet was disgustingly dirty. I stayed at this very Radisson about 5 years ago and had a wonderful experience. When booking my latest trip I was excited to revisit the hotel but to my dismay the hotel has seen a major decline. Our room had the sleep number beds, which would have been fantastic, but one was broken. It was the hardest, bumpiest mattress that I have ever slept on. […] Also, our sheets were torn and dingy. We decided to eat at one of the restaurants within the hotel for breakfast. Upon my son getting to the middle of his biscuit there was a hair. Understanding things happen we just put it to the side and told the manager as an FYI. The next day we tried the restaurant again. As my other son ventures to take a sip of water, there he finds a gross gum-like substance on the side of his glass. It was totally disgusting! That same day we go out sight seeing and return to our room around 4 pm the afternoon to find our room still had not been cleaned. It wasn't until after 8pm and a result of much complaining that our room had been cleaned. Read more

The hotel itself was fine and we would have loved to have given it a higher rating except for the curious operating hours (or should I say non-operating hours?) of the rooftop restaurant (and room service). The restaurant atop the hotel is listed as the most romantic restaurant in the Cincinnati area - it is a primary reason that we chose to stay there. […] However, much to our dismay, the 360 degree circular restaurant closed early on Sunday, the day of our arrival, and is routinely closed on Mondays. Therefore, so much for romantic atmosphere. No room service forced us to have to travel back onto the Interstate in search of anything more than fast food. The hotel seemed to be completely unaware that the Opening Day for Major League Baseball was occurring at within-sight Great American Baseball Park. How unfortunate and shortsighted. Read more

If you are looking for a conveniently-located hotel that's a bit cheaper than in downtown Cincy, this is a great option. Interstates literally surround this hotel, so it is very convenient in that respect. HOWEVER, that also caused a major problem later in my stay. My room was very clean and comfortable as far as amenities were concerned. Service was […] efficient, but I wouldn't call the night receptionist pleasant. The guy running the desk the next morning was excellent and the shuttle operator was very sweet. Parking is located on-site which is a huge plus. There are no valet fees and there is a covered garage option. The absolute only thing that I did not like about this hotel was the noise. I had read previous reviews about noise, so I was prepared for it. The hotel had responded that requesting a higher-level floor would eliminate that issue. It absolutely does not. My boss and I are both from a very high-traffic metropolitan area and neither of us could sleep, despite being on the 9th and 10th floors. The location of this hotel and the supposed value are why I chose it. Upon arrival there was a longer than normal wait to check in but once able to talk to a hotel rep they were very cordial. Great location for attractions on both sides of the river. Room on 9th floor had a wonderful view of the Cincinnati skyline. Staff was very winsome and welcoming. The only real negative was the high level of traffic noise from the interstate all night long!

This is my fourth stay at this hotel and I absolutely love the hotel and staff. This New Years Eve was also my 1st Wedding Anniversary. The staff went out of their way to make my husband and I feel special. The 360 was Classy and Great except for the expensive drinks, I don't mind paying for good drink, but the Margaritas were mostly mix, had to order […] a double Margarita before I could taste the tequila. The cost was $24.00 for 2 medium size drinks. That was my only complaint about the the restaraunt. The DJ for the New Years Celebration was Awesome, played great music and took requests. Great Guy. The bathrooms need some major up-grades. Besides needing granite countertops, the bath towel bar fell off the wall while I was taking a towel down. The bathroom wall color wasn't very classy. The bedroom color was good and would have looked better in the bathrooms as well. The rooms are very clean and beds a very comfortable. But even in regards to the few minor things that I mentioned, The Radisson/360 is my overall Favorite Romantic Hotel in Cincinnati...Beautiful view, Classy Staff and a Romantic Atmosphere for those in love and I am Truly- In Love. Thankful for the day. Room was clean. Beds were sleep number but these were NOT good. Have sleep number beds at home so was looking forward to getting the same rest at a hotel. Did not happen. Something might have been wrong with the mattress. The controls only worked for one of the double beds. The one without controls was hard. The one with controls […] was a mess. Tried to set air and when one person got in the air from that side went to the other. The side that lost the air was like sleeping on the base with no cushion. Not restful. Also, were told there might be the availability of a room facing Cincinnati (reason to try and stay here). We were surprised and delighted by this excellent hotel. Parking was easy and free; the hotel staff was prompt, courteous and efficient; our rooms were spacious, neat and clean; wireless access was speedy, and did not require an annoying password and log-in procedure; and the location right off the freeway was a bonus. One small but telling example […] that this hotel is doing everything right: one member of our group left her cell phone and ipod Nano on the roof of our car while we were unloading the car and trunk and loading everyone up with their bags. Soon after settled into our rooms, Brian, who was so courteous and efficient at the front desk during check-in, called to say that a good Samaritan had noticed said phone and music player on the roof of our car and taken it to hotel reception, and that he was holding it for us. We were on the 17th floor. The view of the city and bridges lit up at night was superb. The room was extremely comfortable and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. We had a bit of a problem with the road noise the 1st night but on the second night (which was a holiday) it seemed okay. I stayed here for a conference because all of the downtown Cincinnati hotels were expensive and full, and because it was located near the shuttle route. The immediate surrounding area is a little sketchy looking and often felt nervous walking to the shuttle or a restaurant when it was dark. It is also very loud due to the two high-way bridges nearby, […] which made it hard to sleep some days, and having the patio door open was unbearable. The staff seemed nice, moreso the airport shuttle drivers than anyone else. The room could have been alot better! There were red stains all over the carpet, which looked like wine or juice; there was damage to the walls and wallpaper in several places; the bathroom fan did not work and as a result, there was black mold growing on the ceiling above the shower (health hazard!). Also, they do not offer a mini-fridge in the rooms to keep any water, drinks, or leftovers cold. The quality of food offered/served in the hotel restaurant is poor, too. The menu is very limited and the food is bland and lacks flavor. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, but would recommend paying a little extra for hotel a few blocks to the east in the nicer area of Covington or in downtown Cincinnati. Read more
