We didn't need much. Just a place to sleep after spending most of the day outside with family & friends. We had clean rooms & beds. The one down side... of the room is the loud AC unit but it wasn't as big a deal in November and we opened the window to get a nice breeze in. We placed a Do Not Disturb sign on the door in the morning and took it off about 10:30 a.m. and left for the day. When we returned that evening, our room had not been cleaned so we did not have any clean towels. The next morning when we checked out, the desk clerk asked if everything was to our satisfaction in the room so I just made a comment that […] I just wished our room had been cleaned the day before. The clerk confronted the cleaning staff who happened to be in the lobby at the time I was checking out. The Courtyard was cool. It was affordable and comfortable. It didn't have many frills, but I was just looking for a place to stay overnight in Suwanee for a friend's wedding. The location was close to the wedding venue. I would stay there again if I was going to be in that area.

We had stayed at another hotel at this specfic location and wanted to find another hotel with newer facilities. We were definitely pleased with the selection of the Courtyard by Marriott because of its location and cleanliness. We plan to stay with this hotel again in the spring of 2013.

room had musty odor. children or young adults ran up and down the hall,slammed doors and talked all night. i do realize you never no about somethings but when there is a group of players they usually will be noisy. maybe the customer would benefit if they were all on the same floor.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean, the people were extremely nice. The pool and jacuzzi were in super condition. We stayed an extra night because we liked it so much. We will stay here agin when we visit the area.

Friendly staff and perfect location for our needs. The road to the hotel is under construction (Nov.2010); and Garmin failed us at the last turn. But we did looked out and saw the building. Do go where the sign says "no thru traffic." Many restaurants and a great Asian market close by for meals.

We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Suwanee. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. For shopping it's convenient to both Mall of Georgia and Gwinnett Place. My only surprise was the end of breakfast at 9am. Most other hotels run through 10 in my experience.
