Unfortunately, we were there for only one night, so we did not get to take advantage of the various activities, tennis courts, fitness room, etc. We had a short walk on the beach (they keep it dark because of turtle season) and swam in one of their half-dozen (?) pools, and ate dinner at the so-called Caribbean buffet (not worth the $20 price tag), but that was about it. We managed to avoid attending any sales pitch or signing up for anything at all, and didn't get any grief about it. Staff was very nice and very accomodating. We were there to dive the Blue Heron Bridge, which was outstanding, btw--and the resort was very convenient for that. We had a one-bedroom suite and it was very nice. Huge bathroom, jacuzzi in the bedroom, good kitchen--everything to make a week's stay comfortable. The bed was too soft for us, but others may disagree. Not much to do off-site. There don't seem to be any restaurants nearby. The neighborhood on the other side of the bridge is pretty dicey.

This was the second stay for my sister and me in the last year and a half. Both times we had a two-bedroom suite. The rooms and the kitchen were clean. There were some tiny bugs in one of the bathrooms and, though maintenance was quick to come up and spray, there was no follow-up and the bugs returned. There were no bugs in the kitchen which was very clean. The location and the view were lovely and we felt we got good value. We would return.

The hotel is right on the ocean as promised. The service we received was outstanding. cons: the room was very small. Queen bed for mom and dad and a pull out sofa for the kids. Once you pull out the sofa, there is no walking room to get to the patio (ocean side). Oh well, we were on the beach or in the pool most of the time anyway. Great hotel.

A "Vacation Club" establishment, this hotel is great for families. Clean rooms and typical features of a timeshare type of resort. The beds are excellent and the property is clean and well maintained. Another plus is that we were never approached by any sales people offering to take us on a "tour". Would take the family again.

this a a "vacation club" resort but they were not pushy about signing us up. they only offered one time to schedule us for the "TOUR" . we did not go as we had no intention of purchasing. it was a lovely resort. has everything you need on property which is good because it is kind of far from everything. my only complaint is that the music by the pool was so loud you couldn't read or talk. great place to go with kids. lots for them to do.

this hotel is nice if you're a parent and have young children you want to bring on vacation. This hotel has many child oreiented activities. There are several diffent buildings with pools, and also, two different workout rooms. It can be inconvienent for people staying at one of the end buildings if they want to go to the one of the other pool areas.
