We chose this hotel because it was close to the event we were attending, but we only stayed one night. The room and hotel was pretty clean and the free breakfast was better than average in terms of selection. The front desk staff was very pleasant both at night when we checked in fairly late as well as when we were checking out. The complaints we had were on our room. The heater in the room was very difficult to control. It was very loud and continually turned on and off during the night. Even when we pushed the OFF button, the fan kicked on. Also, the toilet flushing was extremely loud and powerful (it really startled my mother the first time she used it enough to make her scream!). Since we were only there for one night, we put up with the noises, but I wouldn't want to stay in that room for longer than one night. Also, the pillows are very thick and left both my mother and I with neck pain the next day.

Great location, walking distance to several restaurants, shopping and movie theatre. Rooms were clean although a little tight. Also, being on the bottom floor we heard lots of muffled stomping from upstairs that was slightly annoying. The breakfast buffet was ok. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and punctual. Location is great. Safe neighborhood with plenty of surrounding stores and restaurants. Definitely staying there again!

We were sitting on the patio (only us) and were told at 10pm we had to leave. Left my iPad at the hotel and called later that afternoon and it was never found. It was the last thing I put down before going to sleep the night before.

This hotel is in a good location and close to restuarants and shopping. The beds are not comfortable and cheap. I wasn't able to get a good nights sleep for the 4 nights I stayed. For the price you pay for this hotel, there shold be better beds than what they have. The only bad thing was that it was loud, lots of road noise and a huge trash truck came to pick up the big dumpsters at 4:00 in the morning on Sunday! It was beeping as it backed up, slammed the dumpsters over the truck and dropped them-neither my husband or I cuold fall back to sleep after that!!!

I was tired from travelling and was welcomed at the front desk by a friendly gentleman (wish I could recall his name) - check in went smoothly & I was 'invited' to the deluxe breakfast the next morning - which was great. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and my brief stay in Loveland, CO was very nice!

We enjoyed staying here for our one night getaway. It was great to have a pool and fitness room, neither of which had any other customers in them during our stay. The front desk was friendly and the room comfortable. The only reason it doesn't get a '5' star rating was that there was some noise - I was surprised to hear people talking in the parking […] lot at night. I had expected the windows to block out conversations at normal level. However, it wasn't bad and apart from that everything was great. We requested a quiet room and received one away from other guests so that was appreciated. We stayed in a King Suite (2 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant). The room was like a mini apartment and was very comfortable to be in. It was nice to have the seperation of sitting area and bedroom especially when the baby wanted to go to sleep early. The breakfest in the morning has a great selection of hot and cold choices. Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, pool and hot tub were great as well. Our room was clean with no odors of any kind, and no complaints! We didn't get up early enough for the continental breakfast, but it is something that they offer. Great price for a great stay!

This hotel is on "hotel row" in Eastern Loveland near Interstate 25. I would guess it is comparable to the other hotels/motels in the area. This is convenient to the shopping/restaurant areas of Eastern Loveland. We had reserved a room with a king sized bed, but upon arrival found they didn't have one available, and would have to settle for a queen. […] Other disappointments were the vanity area only had room for 1 person at a time (one sink and mirror) and the air conditioning had no adjustment for high/low; only on or off. Also our coffee maker didn't work and made a mess the first time we used it. On the plus side, the service was good, and they did give us a new coffee maker and extra towels when we asked. The hotel was fairly modern, and had a swimming pool, and fitness room with weights, treadmill, and elliptical which we took advantage of. Would I recommend it; probably not, at least not without more comparison of other hotels in the area. Read more

Situated in a newly developed area it was close to a supermarket and eating places. Although near the highway it was quiet and the room was spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast. Convenient for Rocky Mountain National Park.

Nice small hotel, rooms were well maintained and hence looked and felt new. Very helpful and friendly staff. The Outlet mall located next door was a surprise plus point. The indoor pool did not look inviting with a faint chlorine smell.
