weekend rates were great. Great mall next to Hotel for shopping, food. Conviently located. Comfortable bed an d room. Will dtay here again

Great location next to the Great Mall of Milpitas. Room was clean. Called front desk for a plastic knife. Was told to pick up some in the lobby. Had received better service at hotel of similar price.

We stayed there because it was right next to the great mall. It is close to the freeway also. The only bad thing was that the bed was very hard! Other than that, the room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The first room they gave us was occupied. My friends and I entered the room and it felt like someone had just been there. The bed wasn't made, there was food on the desk and the ironing board was out. We went to the front desk and told them and they said the tenant was still there. Thank goodness they weren't there when we entered. The front desk attendant apologized, gave us a new room and let us have some complimentary items from their "market" which was comprised of chips, candy, microwaveable food, ice cream and beverages. The stay was pretty nice and they were courteous and gave us a new room quickly. We were only there for one night.

Housekeeping should be done as soon as guest requests them. Front Desks Attendants must be more accomodating and helpful (especially the night shift).
