      For 100%, you will have an amazing time in this hotel. Everything is perfect. Service is amazing. People are nice and helpful. Food is fantastic. Location is great. In addition, they will amaze you with their set up if you book for your honey moon or anniversary.

      An all work no play 3 day stay in Penang. No hassle covered parking. Food mediocre but OK. Beautiful window view of east straight of Malaca and mainland beyond. Tourist area a bit pricey on the 2 block walk to the 5 star E&O hotel meeting center. The Cititel was very clean, adequately appointed, and an easy troublefree visit. Plumbing and A/C worked well.

      Was between Georgetown and most famous beach. Bus right outside and very cheap. We had a wonderful lady help us at reception with buses, places to eat etc. Breakfast was very nice and staff friendly. Beach maintained beautifully at back. Just did not have much time to enjoy facilities there. I would say beaches are still better in queensland but that is the case in most areas. Can not beat our surf beaches.

    Jerejak Rainforest Resort basically is v bad hotel coz there is nothing to do on the island, all so-called facilities have not been maintained for a v long time, the beach is dirty, the road to suspension bridge is basically damaged and people are difficult to wak there. The ferry time schedule is v few.

    The reception staff were friendly, but the staff in the restaurant had very bad english so we had problems every time we ordered something. The room was big and comfortable, but the sheets were brown on some spots. The restaurant has a very small menu to choose from and more expensive than penang. The pool area is really good! The pool is big!

    The room was downgraded. We experienced delayed in check in and the room is unclean. It was cover with white cloth when we walk in and very dusty. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. The bed has bedbugs. The hotel is short of staff and requests such as housekeeping cannot be meet. The room has no phone connection and we were told the phone line […] has problem on the day but in fact the phone was not connecting to the cable on the wall. The restaurant is not good either, food is cold and requests are not meet due to sort of staff. Very disappointed and not recommended. Boat services are not regular and there isn't much to do in the island. Read more

    Service is very bad. Check in time shd be at 2pm but we managed to get our room at 5pm only. wasted 2.5 hours at the hot and humid lobby. Shower head is broken and hot water is not running properly. Ferry time is unreliable, not according to the time and frequency published. Not recommended....
