Excellent stay. I went on business and my wife and kids on vacation. The check-in counter/customer service/staff were exceptionally good. The only minor issue I had was that the shower head in the bathroom is too low - I am 6'2" .

Having stayed in other hotels in the area while visiting family, I did not expect Towneplace suites to be much different. However, the room we stayed... in was super clean, the hotel staff was wonderful, and the location felt like you were in a small townhouse community. Staff was very friendly. I was surprised how fully furnished the kitchen was. It had everything necessary to really cook (pots, pans, even post dinner plastic storage containers.) I was really impressed with this place and if I ever get back out that way again, I would definitely stay there again! Highly recommended!

We had stiff backs after one night on these old mattresses. The breakfast bar is way too small for the size of the hotel. We took ours back to our room to eat. Everything else was fine, but a good nights sleep is pretty basic, and you are not going to get one on the mattress we had! Staff were nice.

A two bedroom suite that actually has two real bedrooms! Not just a sleeper sofa in the common area. Great place to stay, seemed a little off the beaten path at first but turned out to be close to at least one great restaurant. I'd go back for sure.

My only compliant was that it's a bit out of the way in terms of being close to any restaurants, stores, etc. Also the in-office "store" where you can supposedly buy soda and snacks was virtually empty for the first two days of my stay and then was finally refilled the morning I left.

The staff was great! The room had lots of space, it was clean and the kitchen had everything I needed. the little store in the lobby had a descent selection of food, and they carry the small containers of ice cream! I would definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff on the night shift and overnight shift are exceptional. A pleasure to have them greet you after a long flight in or long day at the office. Rooms were very quiet with a nice view of the military base and the beds are surprisingly comfortable.

The hotel bed was so comfortable that I had the best night's sleep. Very happy with room. I wish I had known the pool had not opened yet.
