The staff didn't even bother to ask how the stay was. They are probably afraid too. The whole upstairs smelled like urine and the room was filthy. Unbelievable. The room wasn't even a good price.

This was our third stay at this motel. The first two were fine, and the service was good. This time however, the motel was half full of construction workers who were taking up more than their share of the parking spaces. Even though there was extra parking for large vehicles they parked in the regular parking spaces taking up two and three spaces for […] one truck, making it very difficult to find a place to park. For a last minute hotel, the Comfort Inn at Grant's Pass suited me just fine. The room was clean, staff friendly and was accessible right off of I-5. If I had to complain about one thing it would be the lack of HDTV's in the hotel rooms. Other than that for a quick one night stay, the Comfort Inn was just fine!

hotel and room was what we expected and as advertised. close to freeway, which was convenient, but also resulted in truck-traffic noise - this abated during the sleep hours, though. Jami at the front desk was great, recommended a great mexican restaurant and was helpful and friendly. if travels take me to the area, would stay again.

This hotel was okay, but the minute I walked into my room I noticed an odd smell. The room was hot, the bed was uncomfortable, and the blanket and comforter were extremely old and uncomfortable. The room was clean, but it desperately needs updating. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Arrived late in the evening and resigned myself to having to park a fair distance from the entrance when a parking space became available right by the door. That was a plus because there is a somewhat scary 24-hour McDonald's right next door. The young man working the desk carried my bags upstairs (no elevator) for me and wouldn't even accept a tip. […] The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. I stayed in much more expensive rooms that were not as nice on this trip (five weeks, two weddings, one meeting and a total of 10 different hotels). was just passing through with my husband for a night after a long day of road tripping. After a room with a slight ick-factor in napa valley, we were pleasantly suprised at the cleanliness and comfort of the room. I would definitely stay there again, clean and comfortable for a reasonable price. 4.5 rating for the price.

Wife and I really liked the beds, softer mattresses and piles of pillows. Rooms have a nice layout and plenty of space. Hotel is in a great place to walk to whatever you might need. The continental breakfast was good, and had a lot of variety to choose from.
