I stayed here as a place to be close to the airport for my flight the next day. The staff was friendly and it was convenient to get to the airport. Rooms were very clean. The hotel was also convenient to a nice shopping plaza about 2 miles away. Nice place to go shopping and eat.

First, let me say that our room #305 had a terrible mold/mildew odor near the bathroom. Second, I left my heirloom necklace hanging on the TV in our room. Stayed night before a very early morning flight. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Beds were GREAT! But, best of all was the staff. The desk clerk was friendly, courteous and very, very helpful. They even had early am coffee ready!

We flew into Jacksonville on our way to Oralndo and needed a hotel both coming and going. The Fairfield was the perfect solution for us. It's an easy drive from the airport, there are great restaurants in the area and the Fairfield has an excellent breakfast buffet that is attended by a very kind woman. The facilty was "good" but the SpringHill hotel was much better. Only one elevator in the hotel that was extremely slow. The hot water heater went out so we had to wait about 30 minutes before we could bath--after a very long day. Went for a few days getaway. Great fitness center, tvs on the machines, everything in good working order. Weight bench with adequate free weights. Nice pool and hottub. Quiet, and yet close to restaurants.

Everything was perfect. Great place to park and fly! Left our vehicle there for 11 days while we were shuttled to airport. Quick pick up when we arrived too! Highly recommend! Saved us a lot of money in parking fees!

Check- in was quick and easy. The layout of the hotel was inconvenient because the elevator is at the front of the hotel. There was a dirty towel in our room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. But, the breakfast was well-prepared and enjoyable.
