The only inconvenience was the only ice machine working that weekend was on the 3rd floor and all vending machines were out of water (I have a thing about out of town water). The indoor pool was not heated; nor is the room. The water was too cold even for teenage boys who were also staying at the hotel. The location of the Bernalillo Days Inn is superb. The Inn is close enough to the Interstate and has easy, convenient access but is far enough so you hear no Interstate noise. The Staff was friendly, welcoming, helpful and excellent. The Breakfast was superb. When we visit Albuquerque this summer, The Days Inn will be our residence away from home.

This was an O.K. hotel. I booked this as a reasonable stop-off point on a trip north to Durango. I trusted the 4.1 average rating and assumed all would be good. BUT... The hotel was o.k., but no way a 4+ star. And the neighborhood was pretty sketchy. My simple measure is this: Would I stay here again? The answer is simple - NO WAY.

The hotel was a great location to restuarants and freeway. The rooms were clean. I'm sadden to give two negative comments of the hotel. The bath towels in my opinion felt like sand paper and the heating and cooling unit was so loud you could not leave it turned on over night. Overall I would give the hotel a satisfaction rating.

Our recent stay at the Days Inn in Bernalillo, NM was overall a positive experience. The place was clean and staff was pleasant and responsive to our requests. The location was perfect for our intended stay (Balloon Festival) and other scenic activities such as the Sandia Peak Tramway & Turquoise Trail. There were several restaurants only a few minutes […] away. Be sure to check out the locally famous "The Range Cafe". The only negative about our stay was the nightly wrestling match that seemed to be going on in room above ours. We had to make several calls to the front desk before it was resolved. Read more

Pros: The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and always available for assistance. Location of hotel was very convienent to the Interstate. Cons: Sink had a slow drain and there was a leak from the toilet. The pool area had an extremely strong odor of chlorine. My eyes were watering long after we left the pool area.

To score a 4 or better, you'd have to beef up the breakfast which is quite marginal, and fix the WiFi which didn't work at all. On the ladder, hotel staff we apathetic to my numerous requests to look into it! Shame shame shame. Shows a poor discipline towards customer satisfaction.

This stay was the best 3 day vacation we have taken in quite a long time. The Casino was great on all payouts. We took home some money. The food was great and the people were very caring. Great place to stay! It appears to be the exact same building as the Holiday Inn Express next door, except much less expensive and there is a waffle maker in the breakfast room. Staff was very pleasent (altough many of the housekeepers only spoke spanish). Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. TERRIFIC!
