The staff was very friendly and personable, even accommodating. Since I do smoke, I requested a room near an entrance where I could go outside. The front desk graciously accommodated me. The room, though it was clean, presented some difficulty: the sink stopper in the bathroom was broken, the fascia on the front of the bathroom cabinet was only half […] installed and hanging, the handle on the flea market coffee pot fell off as I was pouring coffee the next morning, the kick plate under the kitchenette cabinet was missing, someone rang my room at 11:10 pm when I was fast asleep, there was a fight between a man and a woman outside my window at 4:30 am loud enough to wake me, and, my 5:00 am wake-up call came in at 6:00 am. Non smoking room smelled like smoke everywhere. So did whole floor. No room cleaning, bed making or fresh towels each day, in fact not at all during my 3 night stay. The front desk person was extremely nice when I checked in rather late, i.e. 3 am. However, when I took the elevator to the 2nd floor, there was a musky odor on the entire floor. Unfortunately, the odor was even in my room. I realize that the units are not always air conditioned when there is no guest, but if you don't turn them on every once in a while, […] the musky smell occurs. The carpet was saturated in a few spots, so I left my flip flops on most of the time. The shower didn't appear very clean and there wasn't a whole lot of dishes to cook with, for it to be extended stay. When I checked out, the front desk worker didn't know how to handle a hotels.com reservation (i.e. it was paid in full). I will say that I'm used to staying in 4 to 5 star hotels, so you get what you pay for is key here. I definitely got what I paid for here. I will not stay again and don't recommend it for extended stay, unless you don't mind a musky smell and semi-clean rooms. Read more

The hotel was nice but our non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke & the room and hallways were musty. I think it was the carpet. The bed was itchy & made it hard to sleep. The rooms are nice but just need updating.

Our room had a non-smoking label on the door, but it was left over from the Civil War. The closet rod had no hangers. The automated wake-up system did not work and there werr obvious patches on the walls where pictures once hung.

For the money it was a value. I have two concerns: First the bottom of the shower was very slippery, I am concerend that someone may fall and that could open up a whole can of worms for the hotel. one bar of soap, one bottle of shampoo/ conditioner was not a problem, but go the extra.25 and give your guest a shower cap!

This is an extended stay type hotel with a stove top microwave and mini fridge. The hotel over all was clean and maintained. the carpets could use some replacement or a REALLy good cleaning though. Even though the king size bed was adjustable, it was still very hard and hardly gave any at all. A group of 50 black kids cheched in and it was impossible to get any rest and your staff did not take the appropriate action to get them under control. The noise went on until 3am. They would wake me up by knocking on my door in the middle of the night to […] stay I have the wrong room. Several guests threathened to call the pollice. Then it started again early the next morning. Also my car was damaged in the parking lot and I filled out the paperwork as I was asked to do and was told the general manager would contact me and now 2 weeks has gone by and I have yet to hear from anybody even though I have even called and left messages. The hotel was clean and the location was great, but the stay was NOT enjoyable due to the conditions above described and the staff not just asking them to leave. The lobby was a mess at 11pm because they were running around as they wanted, yelling, screaming and stealling things out of your little store. The girl at the desk asked them 4 times to quiet down, but the adults said they are kids so what do you expect. I expected them to be asked to LEAVE as did ALL your other paying guest that expected a quiet restful night. Read more

Location was perfect for boy's trip...35 mins to airport/25 mins to Road Atlanta sports car track. Hotel is tired. Kitchen supplied for only 2. Roll-away cot was unbearable. Staff was friendly. OK for guys, not picky women...

This hotel has an old look and feel. The bedding feels old. The pillows are tiny and flat. The furniture is old. Our room was never cleaned. We had to bring our old towels down to the desk to trade them for clean towels. You could do better.

The kitchen set up is VERY basic. I only had 1 pot to cook with, 2 plates, 2 cups, 2 bowl. Fine for short stays but not equipped for longer stays. Hotel Gym SUCKS! You need to ask the front deck to open it for you. The treadmill doesn't work, TV doesn't work, bike barley works so you are left with just an elliptical.
