We were just in town for an overnight stay and we arrived at the hotel around 8:00 pm. The staff was extremely heffpul and friendly. The room was clean and the kids got to swim in the pool for a couple hours. The pool area was clean and the chlorine level was just right. I was very satisfied with our stay and would recommend it.

I choose Holiday Inn Express, knowing their high standards and quality, they did not fail me here. The area is ok, I was not to comfortable with any other Hotel in the area. Our keys did not work so they checked my id before rekeying my cards.

I had requested a non-smoking room since I am allergic to smoke. Although my room was technically a "non-smoking room" I was on the third floor of the hotel which was obviously a mostly smoking floor. I woke the next morning with a headache due to the fifthy air on the third floor. When I checked out there was no inquiry about my stay by the clerk. […] When I reported my complaint, I was told that due to the occupancy the night of my stay, I was assigned the room on the third floor, although my request was confimed for non-smoking. With the bright parking lot light shining in my window it was difficult to get to sleep and the curtains could not be pulled to block out the light. Booked non-smoking room thru Hotels.com. Room was definitely smoking, complete with ashtray and matches! Hotel used cleaner, but did not help. Elevator was not functioning upon arrival. The hotel was fine. I was looking for an accessable bathroom for my elderly mother and myself and breakfast to expedite our trip into O'hare airport for my mother's noon flight back to New Jersey and this worked fine.

Location was a plus for quick access to Chicago or South Bend areas. Amenities were spartan (small, awkwardly located pool and minimal exercise room) but functional. Service was efficient and breakfast was above average. Room was typical for this class of hotel.

A great stay for the money. Rooms were average, but the beds and linens were very nice. Pool was a bit small, but we had it to ourselves so our kids had a blast. Breakfast was nice, with many choices. Best part of the stay was the staff - the lady at the front desk went out of her way to give excellent customer service.

The customer service was excellent. The manager and front desk staff was very helpful. I will like to thank front desk staff CJ for all his help. He gave us tips what to see and what to do during our 2 night stay there. Manager asked us during breakfast how is our stay which is very good. We got nice room and breakfast was good. Pool is very small but […] we have 2 small kids so we did not mind. Overall very satisfied. The only issue was that they were doing some maintenance so sometime it was noisy or there was some dust. 予約するときは具体的にホテル周りの環境は調べていなかったのですが、実際現地に行くとHighway出入り口すぐそばにホテルがあったのでレンタカーを使用している私にとってはすごく便利でした。i-passがあれば料金所で止まったりする煩わしさもなく小銭の心配もしなくていいので便利です。シカゴ市内へもストレス無くアクセスできます。ホテル自体は綺麗に保たれており室内プールがあるので雨の日でも利用できました。 朝食は一般的なアメリカンブュッフェで、やはりサラダくらいは欲しいところです。ホテルの人たちはとてもフレンドリーで好感がもてました。
