This hotel was half the price of other comparable hotels. At the price I paid, I didn't expect much, but it was definitely an awesome suite to stay in. Front desk has a ton of common items that travelers may forget to bring (we forgot a tooth brush) and they will give them to you for free. There is also a bunch of snacks and other items that you can purchase right there. Very convenient, clean, and CHEAP place to stay. Great deal!

I had stayed in a Towneplace Suites outside of Pittsburgh and it was awesome. This one wasn't as nice. It was o.k., but it looked a little older, and had no character at all. The guy at the desk who checked me in was completely vacant. I think he had a personality bypass at some point. He didn't ask me any questions except what type of room I had reserved. Usually when someone arrives at a hotel, especially in a snow storm, the person at the desk asks how the drive was or about the weather. Nothing out of this guy. My room had an overpowering smell of cleaning materials. My clothes smelled like the room when I got hom. I was happy with having 100 tv channels!

We arrived a little early but we were able to check in without any problem. The room was very clean and had a neat little kitchen complete with microwave. The location for our needs was great, the hotel quiet and had a nice wall map in the office area of Cleveland and this area. A definite will stay again.

This hotel was awesome! When we entered even the check out atmosphere was different from the other places that we stayed in the past. Then when we got to our room, we felt like those people that you see on those reality TV shows when they walk into their room for the first time. We were like kids at Christmas. Then when we sat in the bed, we decided that we were going to spend most of our time in our room because it was so comfortable. My son loved it too. He could run around as there was plenty of space. The kitchenette also rocked as did the complimentary breakfast as it was available for take out. We would stay again and I am almost half afraid to submit this, just in case any of you out there would be thinking of booking at the same time we were and that would mean that we would not be able to stay again. We would stay again in a heartbeat, and it's close enough to the city to go do fun stuff. Excellent bargain. We felt like royaly. Enjoy your stay!
