The short time that we were there, was enjoyable, in our waking moments. The food was good but he bacon was too hard "for me".

The biggest disappointment of this hotel were the beds. They were uncomfortable! The staff allowed us to try beds in different rooms and allowed us to switch but it made no difference. The beds were of low quality when they were bought and hardly seem new now. They sagged and each spring could be felt and the coils easily counted. Having nicer sheets […] and comforters than other hotels did little to alleviate the lousy beds. Adding to the disappointment was a finicky thermostat that required constant adjustment to maintain a comfortable enviornment. The other bothersome things were minor such as a lack of a pay per view/TV USB hookup, no microwave or fridge in the room, and low end exercise equipment lacking iFit. The breakfast was reasonable - slightly more than a continental breakfast but nothing fancy. The room and hotel itself were in pretty good condition with the only noticeable blemishes being tile missing by one of the elevators and a little bit of peeling in the bathrooms. In fact, were this hotel priced lower it would have met expectations. As it is, you are better off saving money and going to a different hotel of equivalent quality or pay maybe a little more for a hotel of higher quality. Read more

A very nice stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. They were easily able to accommodate a change in our reservations at the last minute, and made sure to ask if we had any special requests or needs for our room. Breakfast was hot (not lukewarm) and provided many choices; they provided variety from day-to-day with good, predictable staples […] that didn't leave you guessing. The complimentary all-day coffee/tea/hot chocolate station was a real treat. The hotel is in a somewhat awkward location with the interstate exit, but the staff, amenities, and atmosphere make it worth the slight inconvenience. Read more

Nice room, all the needed amenities (free Wi-fi, TV, work out room, free breakfast). decent neighborhood. I had to cancel one night as we missed connection due to a delayed flight and did not make us pay. Overall an excellent experience.

The staff at this hotel was AMAZING!! The woman at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. While we were waiting to check in, another employee of the hotel brought out a little stuffed animal and picture book for our two-year-old daughter - it was such a nice and unexpected gesture! On our way to our room we encountered some members of the cleaning […] staff and they were so friendly and welcoming. Can't say enough good things about the staff. Our room was clean and quiet. The common areas could use a little updating, and the breakfast offered by the hotel in the morning was super crowded, but the staff worked hard to make sure the food was always refilled and fresh. Hotel was very clean. Staff were all so pleasant, friendly greetings at each passing. Breakfast was good, way more selection then what is typically found on continental breakfast. Close to to the zoo and Miller Park.

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel. It was close to a great mall and lots of eating places. We were staying to attend an event at UWM and the travel there was easy and quick. The desk staff were extremely helpful. They offered a breakfast, but we did not chose to eat there. I would stay here again.

This Holiday Inn Express did a wonderful job of keeping everything clean and addressed while we were there. It is in a great location, and is close to Miller Park, The Bradley Center, Froedert, The Children's Hospital, The Zoo, The US Cellular Arena and more. A few observations: The carpet had several stains...at first, I thought they were vacuum marks, but upon closer (visual) inspection, I realized they were stains. Disappointing that there is no pool/hot tub at this location. However, the amazing breakfast, the comfortable pillows and beds made up for it. The staff had great suggestions for things to do in the areaa as well. I will happily look to Holiday Inn Express for my future stays.

A good place to stay for a Brewers game. We thought traffic might be bad getting to the stadium but the worst was in the ballpark waiting to park. The downside to this location was that the Denny's next door is not open all night on Friday and Sat. if you want a bite after the Brewers game. The game went extra innings and we were bummed that "Always […] open" meant only Sun-Thursday. and closed at 1 am on Friday and Sat. We did have a good breakfast on Sunday morning there (skipped the free hotel breakfast) though which made up for it. Read more

The front desk people are not helpfull. Customers stand there all you hear is their personal conversation which I was not interested in. I think the staff need ( make a connection class). Hello can be used to guests. Very bad service.
