Our family had 2 rooms for 2 nights.We came from Oklahoma City and the Twin Cities. We found the staff to be very friendly and prompt. OUr room was ready when we arrived and both rooms were right across from each other like we'd asked. The beds were some of the best we've slept in for not being at home.The breakfast was exceptional keeping tables cleaned […] and food stocked and warm where neccessary. It not hard to find off of the Highway. The rooms are clean but they didn't change the sheet until the 4th night. The shower was interesting, it felt like they added oil to the water because every time i used it of the sink it seems like i felt more greasy than when I started. It's a nice comfortable hotel. It had a adequate breakfast in the morning, a nice pool, the staff was nice and helpful and the room was clean. You could tell they just did a remodel or some remodeling. Some things were still old like the wall switches and the fan in the bathroom wasn't hooked up. The area seemed very safe and there is several fast food restaurants and a Panera/noodles and company down the street past a Target. My family and I were looking for a quiet stopover after a long day of skiing at Sunburst on New Years Eve. We chose this location due to price and amenities. We were very pleased with the friendly staff as well as the squeaky-clean rooms. The pool and whirlpool are also top-notch!

The hotel was located less than 10 minutes from our event. The desk staff was helpful in providing specific directions to our destination. The staff responded quickly to our request for additional blankets. The room was of standard size, the beds were comfortable, the pillows were thicker than many other hotels. One of the rooms was missing small items such as an iron. Perhaps the most distracting was the fact there was no clock. Simple room checks should resolve these issues. Staff was great. Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfotable. Cleaning crew did a wonderful job. Overall a very nice long weekend with our family.

The manager was very grumpy and not overly accomodating. He initially put me in a different room than I had reserved and complained when I asked him to put me in the King suite that I reserved. They ran out of orange juice and forks both mornings for breakfast. I normally stay at a Marriot property and will stick to that brand in the future

I was very disappointed with my stay. Only to the fact that we stayed two nights. We were out of our room from 11am to 12 am and we came back to a dirty room. Unmade bed, no clean towels, no toilet paper. I have never had this happen before.

Hotel needs some maintenance number fell off our room as we walked in. Bathroom has things loose or broken, the toilet leaked. Housekeeping staff was rude. The beds are really soft.

The location was very convenient to highway, shopping, and places to eat. The staff went the extra mile to help with anything I needed. Including get a rollaway for one night out of my five night stay. Also got lucky and got a refrigerator for a small fee.

I stay at this hotel when ever I am in the area. The staff is very nice and very helpful when it comes to doing thing in area. The breakfast is wonderful. There Pancake machine is new since my last stay. It is the best thing that they ever came out with. They have a hot breakfast in the morning. My kids spent hours in the pool. Good location in regards to the distance of where I needed to be. The room was clean and comfortable. The reason my overall satisfaction is a 3 is because two seperate times my room keys did not work and had to keep going from the 1st floor to the 2nd, back to the 1st, back to the 2nd, you get the picture. Otherwise, everything was good.

Overall, the condition of the hotel was nice, the room was large and comfortable, but the cleanliness was lacking. There was mold on the curtains and in the AC vents. There was also mold on the edges of the mini-fridge. And the bathroom floor looked like pieces of the mop had fallen off all over it.

Our "non smoking" room was, obviously, HEAVILY smoked in. It reeked. Either the hotel lied or just switched the room from smoking to non smoking like that WEEK. Disgusting.
