Got this room for 3 night stay. A relative got a room in this same hotel at the same time and had "critters" making noises in the walls! Must have been squirrels or maybe ra........! Asked for refrigerator. Found a ‘cooler' in the room--unplugged and warm. With no freezer compartment. But desk gal stored our major items for us in main freezer until our fridge was cool-- and gave us a pan of ice that worked quite well. Sink was very slow to drain. Mentioned it to front desk. Were told someone would be there around 3:00 the next afternoon. […] But then was revised to 09:00 that morning. Tub was slow to drain, but we said nothing. Then on Thursday evening, the toilet backed up. My husband was given a plunger and he fixed the back-up. But on Wed night, when I needed to download speakers' notes, your desk person Was able to do so, and even provided the 3-hole punch--AND a notebook for the notes. He went above and beyond with that task. Made my day. Your breakfast bar lacked hot chocolate--not everyone drinks coffee. And there also needs to be peanut butter in some form--jar or individual packets like the jams. Not everyone can eat eggs (allergic) or bacon/sausage (vegetarian) to get their protein. One morning we almost missed breakfast and the hotel staff kept the breakfast open for us. Very enjoyable, except we were on the side adjacent to the freeway and we heard the traffic all night. My husband had ear plugs so he was more comfortable. Our only criticism was of the other people who came to breakfast in their pajamas - the man without shoes. The breakfast was good, though.

Hotel is located near an interstate. So it was a bit noisy. I heard my neighbors alarm going off @ 7:30 a.m.. That was a bit sad as we didn't want to be woken up. The window frame (not sill) needed cleaning. Considering the noise level, I would expect the price to be lower on the room.

Quiet , well laid out continnental Breakfast was more like full breakfast with fruit waffles scrambled eggs and bacon and pasteries and dry cereals. Handy shuttle accross the street to tale you to anothe casino and shopping mall including Walmart

The beds were too hard, wallpaper coming off of walls. HUGE pot holes in driveway with no way to avoid them. The staff however was the highlight. They were very nice and polite. Seriously upgrade,fix and repair. I wont come back to this location unless that is done.

Perfectly acceptable hotel. Very convenient - across the street from a small casino that had a shuttle to the Tulalip Casino and the outlet. It is a walk-up (no elevator that I saw) so it you have a lot of luggage that could be a problem. I would recommend this hotel.

Non-smoking room on 2nd floor, but the whole floor and the room smelled of smoke. The walls aren't insulated much and you can here people in surrounding rooms all night. A/C is inefficient and ran LOUDLY most of night. Haven't slept on a harder bed in a long time....not a good thing. Will not go back.

I have reasonable expectations and got good service from the employees of the hotel. But, the bathroom door in my room needed to be replaced. A large hole on the inside surface of the door had been filled in with spackle. But opposite of that patched area, there was a hole on the outside surface of that door that hadn't been repaired. To make it clear […] let me describe better how bad it looked. The door was a wood veneer with a unrepaired hole in it and the spackle used to repair what appeared to be another hole, was off white like what is used in walls then painted over. If the management didnt want to replace the door, they could have at least used a correctly colored spackle or painted the door after the repair was done! The additional step would only cost a couple of dollars and look much better. Most importantly, it wouldnt look like the hack job, as it does now! Read more

Nancy, who checked us in was one of the nicest people we have ever met. We had a great chat, so was so friendly. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. We went down to Seattle Premium Outlets to do some shopping. The hotel was ok but the room was very small. We had a Kingsize room, the bathroom was too small and the layout was not good for 2 women trying to use the bathroom to get ready. We did not realize that you would hear the traffic noise all night, so we did not sleep well. The staff was friendly, […] but the breakfast needs help, instant packages of oatmeal doesn't cut it. The staff was great in assisting us upon arrival. The front office personnel had even went out of there to way to ensure we had a fridge in our room. In addition the front office personnel were very helpful in assisting us in planning our daily sight seeing activities, on of which was the Boeing Flight Centre.....well worth the money

Our stay overnight was all we expected and more but....the beds were horrible. We should have just put the bedding on the floor and slept there because the beds were so uncomfortable. On the up side the complimentary breakfast was probably one of the best that we have had in our travels.

My kids and I went to Marysville to see a great legend Smokie Robinson at the Tulalip Casino, and he definitely did not disappoint but the hotel did. It took us over a half hour to book in, and the room was already paid for online. I had asked for a bottom floor room, and it was given away to someone else. And after we climbed the stairs, there were […] huge dirtly spots on the floor. In our room there was hair in the shower, a dirty towel left that was hanging up, and the ice bucket had a used bag in it.
