The hotel was well kept and in a decent location. Unfortunately the room I was given had an extemely loud wall unit and plastic wrap for windows so I got no sleep the first night. I asked to be moved and by the time I got from my day a new room was ready for me. They comp't me breakfast and gave me no hassles. I would stay there again.

The staff was amazing! Very accommodating and friendly. The nicest hotel staff in my experience without a doubt! I would stay there again! Also really close to river walk like three blocks or a two minute taxi ride.

The location is excellent. Close enough to te River Walk for easy access but less expensive. That said this hotel is not good value for money. Go across the street to a competitor's same class hotel and parking is free ($12 for Four Points) and breakfast is free ($9.95 per person at Four Points). Better value for money across the street.

Older hotel, close walking distance to Riverwalk, La Villita, Hemisfair, transportation and any number of restaurants. Rooms comfortable and clean, only problem is thin walls. Neighborhood so-so, however had no qualms about walking after dark. Areas close to hoter well lit. Consider it a value

The hotel and rooms were updated and our room was very clean. Service was great. Some of the carpet in the hallways you could tell might be older and needed cleaning but overall the hotel was kept up very nice. There was an event downtown the weekend we stayed so parking really became a issue on Saturday night. I do have to say the hotel had someone […] in the parking lot trying to be sure we all could find a place to park so you were not on your own just driving around. The hotel staff is very courteous and directed me properly in finding the locations in and around downtown San Antonio. The room is really spacious with desired amenities (two TVs - one in Bed room and one in the living area). The washing area is outside the restroom, which is a bit different from most of the hotels. Thus the restroom feels a bit smaller. […] The hotel is located near the Riverwalk (~10 min walk), Convention center, and is accessible to almost all the major locations in downtown area by walk (The Alamo is ~10 min by foot as well). There is a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel is located in the quieter part of the downtown, hence walking alone at night may not be very pleasant. Overall I highly recommend this hotel, which will cost significantly less compared to the other hotels around Riverwalk. Read more

We were not happy with our stay here. We did not get room service. You have to pay for parking and then there is no parking available. Also the rooms have very little sound proofing and you can hear the person int he room next to you on the phone. Location to the River Walk was good.

I'll start off with what I did not enjoy about my stay at this hotel. I tend to be a light sleeper and my room was just above the lobby which is close to a street with a local bus route. A few blocks from the river. A short distance from some of most popular places to eat and visit. Nice room. One of the nicest that we have stayed in. Loved the separate living room area and the two TVs. INTERNET was good. Thermostat kept everyone comfy. Excellent.

The sink faucets worked strange full on or off. Breakfast buffet was additionalfor $9.00, Flying back we found a coupon in airline magazine for breakfast at Four Point for a $1.00. Why not include that in the room rate. Another guest had a coupon for free breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I chose this hotel because of location and convenience to the AT&T Center for the stock show. It was only about 15 minutes to the center and a short walk to the riverwalk which was very nice. I will stay here again on our next trip to San Antonio.

This hotel was clean, and had a friendly staff. We had a king-size bed with a sitting area room. The bed was VERY comfortable and everything was in working order. You can walk one block over and catch all the buses/trolleys ($1.10 per person) if you do not want to walk to attractions. I think this hotel is only 2 blocks from the Riverwalk. WiFi was included with our room, and we did not have any problems with access. We did not park a car at the hotel, but I think it is $12.00 per night for parking - you can park in several public lots close by for about $3.00 - $5.00 per night? Great hotel, it was a short stay but it's very near the center so I got to have a good look around. The bar and other service staff were nice and helpful. The room was large and had a fridge, microwave, couch and TV, bed and another TV. Channels were limited though.

This hotel is great and in a really good location. It is only a block from the riverwalk. It's perfectly in the middle of the riverwalk, where if you go right, you get restaurants and buildings and if you go left, you get greenery and a nice walking/jogging environment. The staff was super nice, the rooms were HUGE, and the amenities are great, including […] the gym, free wireless and free printing. Not many hotels still have free wireless, and this is the first ever hotel I've been too with absolutely free printing, including wireless printing from your room (just go pick it up downstairs after entering your secret code). The location is also great; I was here for business and was able to easily get to many places from this location. I gave it 4 stars and not 5 for a few tiny negative things: 1) parking fee is $12 and just unreasonable; 2) I was there for 4 nights and I don't think they did a great job with room service every day; 3) the hotel set up/location of elevators is confusing. My husband and I stayed here for three nights. The room was comfortable including the bed. We had two queen beds that had white linen and great pillows. We also had a sitting area which was great. We had two television sets, which was a nice change for both my husband wanting to watch sports and me wanting to watch showtime. Everything was spotless. The […] first night we went down for a drink in the bar. The bar was run by one staff and she had to run back and forth to get food, ice and soda's from another area. Leaving the bar open and people waiting for drinks longer. We did not eat the $10.00 breakfast. We decided to eat on the Riverwalk instead. The weather did not allow swimming in the pool. However, every morning the pool was cleaned and the area sprayed down. You could tell the staff cared about their jobs. The front desk staff for the most part were very friendly. The riverwalk was further than I thought it would be to walk. I would not have walked to the Riverwalk if I were alone. The area was somewhat scary. I am also not use to having homeless or young men walk up to me and request money. This happened a couple of times. I would def stay at this hotel again. The room was great. It had an living area with its own tv separated by the beds with its own tv. The kids watched ice age and the hubby watched the football after a long and tiring day downtown. Mini ref, microwave, tons of pillows and the beds were awesome. I have no negative things to say about this hotel.

Good rate, short walk to Riverwalk. Easy to get in and out with car to major highways. Pool area clean. It is not a top resort level, but it was family affordable level. They treated us well. Only negative was i wish breakfast was included automatically. My family would recommend it to yours.
