I stopped in to avoid a snow storm but accidenially drove directly into it. The desk clerk was really helpful in navigating me to the hotel since the... GPS was totally incorrect. When we checked in around 6pm in the evening, we had to ring a bell. Then the young lady didn't seem too thrilled that she had a job. She mumbled most of the stuff to us, and wen she told us times of the pool and breakfast my daughter and I figured that is what she was telling us as we were waiting for the elevator. The room was nice, but both bed frames […] rubbed horribly anytime you moved!! It was a very grating sound...all nite too. A bigger sign should be posted so that you know to go through Red Lobster parking lot to the light in order to go north on 30. Housekeeping didn't finish my room prior to move in. Room I was moved to was dreadfull. The furniture was stained and dirty. The room smelled. I left after one night of noisy AC and cancelled my last two days.

We were surprised when we opened the door to our room and found the bed not made. The staff on duty took care of us immediately without hesitation. She upgraded us to the jacuzzi suite and made sure we had everything we needed. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have always been satisfied. We will stay there again.

Giving this place "3" was a bit of a stretch. The hotel had this feel that it was once a dump, then renovated but still had the underlying dumpiness to it. It was overpriced ($130). Breakfast was closed at 9:15AM. We stayed at the Ramada nearby the next night, paid $89 and were thrilled there.

I tried to take a shower the first night I was there and it was all cold water. Later we tried to watch TV and none of the local stations would come in.
