      The hotel manager was at the front desk when I arrived and was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the area was great. I would stay here again!

      I love where this is located!! Hidden in the middle of the city! I lived in Columbus for 30 years and didn't know this hotel was there. Nice place. The only bad thing was the driveway/entrance. Almost took out the enitre front of my car with a HUGE pothole!

    The hotel was nice, clean, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good. There was a decent variety. I would have liked if they had glass mugs for the coffee instead of the plastic coffee cups. (Same in the room, too.) Sometimes I like to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee instead of putting it in a travel container. Wasn't happy that the pool […] was closed the whole weekend. We had extra time and it would have been relaxing. Overall, it was nice and quiet. Read more

    The hotel staff was very friendly and the building was clean and taken care of. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for the event we had to attend in London the next day and saved us a half hour drive if we would have stayed in Columbus. Would definitely recommend it.

    The hotel is situated next to a truck stop so some noise from the truck stop decreased my rating. overall, clean and well kept. Would stay again.
