Nice clean hotel close enough to walk to everything.

The hotel is in a nice location...within walking distance to everything...everyone was very nice and helpful

Beautifully appointed room with very comfortable beds, a clean spacious bathroom, and great breakfast with plenty of choices. We spent only one night but would have enjoyed longer had we more time. I would definitely stay there again - great value and comfort.

Very clean, hospitable staff, generous breakfast. Perfect for our needs - a quick visit to Niagara Falls before a business trip.

Its was a very nice hotel and the staff was very nice. I didn't like to surrounding neighborhood. But the hotel was great.

I stayed here for a little "me time". As a woman staying alone, feeling safe was important and I did here. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh-smelling. Very comfy bed. I stayed on a Sunday and Monday night in February and the hotel was very quiet and relaxing. I didn't get a chance to swim but I did check out the pool. It looked clean and the water […] was a perfect temperature. The complimentary breakfast was good. The hotel is going through some lobby renovations, so there was a little dust and construction mess downstairs, but the guest room areas were clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. Everyone I passed had a smile and a good morning for me. I highly recommend this hotel. If you want to go to the casino, it is very close. Goat Island and the Falls are close too. Good location. A very good place to stay with your family. Newly upgraded pool area and a great buffet for everyone. I would absolutely stay again. It's 5 minutes from every thing

When i checked in I was surprised to find they were doing renovations in the lobby of the hotel,(this is the only reason I gave condition a 3) however, the employees were very pleasant apologized for the "mess" and we had a great stay. Breakfast was good with a lot of options including many kid friendly options, which we noticed even though the kids […] weren't with us. Very easy to access the American side of the Falls. Stayed in a King room with a jacuzzi tub which was very nice. Not much activity during the winter months so ask the hotel staff where the best places to eat are. All and all the Hampton in was a great weekend get away.

Wasnt a fan of this place at all

We stayed at this hotel once in December and loved it so much that we stayed again in January. We booked through Hotels.com and thought we wouldn't be entitled to HHonours Reward points but the front desk staff member was quick to attach my reward number to the booking. Breakfast is always great and clean dining area. The pool is always clean and fitness […] area is top notch. The area is rundown, abandoned and slightly shady but notwithstanding that you could easily walk to Niagara Falls State Park and the Casino is literally a few minutes walk. The hotel is very close to the Robert Moses Parkway so about 30 mins to Walden Galleria and about 15 mins to the Factory Outlets on Military Blvd. The rooms were great, washroom clean, slightly early check in was always given to us when we checked in and we always got out 12pm check out request granted. Overnight staff member who is at the front desk is somewhat rude though. Overall would book again (especially through hotels.com because if you're lucky you can get a great rate). Read more

this is not somewhere that i would like to stay for very long. the whole bottom floor smelled like chlorine, and we were told that most likely someone had peed in the pool, requiring extra chemical cleaning. the breakfast buffet had many choices, but everyone in the hotel was there, with all tables taken, and people waiting in line, sitting on the lobby […] furniture. the staff was kind and the room was great, though. nice bathroom setup and a good place to sleep, overall, which is why we were there. a short walk to the niagara falls sites. or you can just take the trolley, which is free at this time of year. Very nice, but a very busy hotel. Rooms were clean. Was very happy with my stay there. Walking distance from Casino.

We have stayed at Hampton Inns before and have usually been satisfied, but this one is a step up from many of them. Large, tasty breakfast; nice rooms; and very friendly workers made this place stand out. Staying on the US side seems like your missing out, and the neighborhood seemed like it had seen better days, but the hotel made it worth our while. […] Great value. Read more

Holiday trip to Niagara Falls, NY. Arrived evening of December 26th and stayed through 11 am on December 28th. First thing checked the two queen beds for bed bugs; not because of reports but because I'm more than a little paranoid. Not one in sight and the room was fastidiously clean. This is either a new hotel, newly renovated, or excellently maintained […] because it was in beautiful shape. Key card lock to lobby, parking, and room so we felt quite secure. Only problem and a minor one at that was that since we were on the first floor down from the lobby it was a tad noisy when the families came and went. Still, I'd stay here again in a New York minute! Convenient to the Casino, Falls, downtown and bridge to Canada. Price wasn't too bad either. Overall, I would definitely consider Hampton Inn again in the future and especially this one. Read more

Nice friendly hotel with all you need to be comfortable. They also had a good breakfast buffet. Our family enjoyed our stay

I soley relied on reviews for my recent stay in Niagara Falls, so I have decided to write one myself. Hampton Inn was a fantastic place to stay. I had two rooms, both were very clean, cozy and my king bed gave me the best nights sleep I've had in years. Not only was there a fitness center, a business center w/computer and printer but there is also a […] very nice indoor pool and a whirlpool we used. We were only minutes from the Falls and Casino Niagara was very near as well. Thank you Hampton Inn and Hotels.com for a great memory with my girlfriend and parents this past weekend! Read more

The hotel has a nice location and the people working are friendly and accommodating. It took me a long time to search for a hotel but its worth it that I chose your hotel. Keep up the good work.

This Hampton Inn has an included breakfast buffet. No one walks away hungry after enjoying the unlimited food (omelets, boiled eggs, waffles, sausage, and the usual cereals, pastries, muffins, fruits, drinks, etc.). Also available are "to go" breakfast bags for those on the run. The well furnished room was clean and well stocked with extra towels, pillows, […] and blankets. Comfy beds and large flat screen tv topped off the evening after a dip in the pool and a soak in the hot tub. Personnel at the lobby desk were pleasant and helpful. This Hampton Inn in Niagara Falls was very nice and clean. The complimentary BK bar in the morning is very nice and with plenty of selections. the hotel is a few blocks from the falls but still within walking distance. Very pleased with the service. While it appeared to be an older hotel, everything was clean and the staff was wonderful. When we needed a drugstore, the desk clerk printed us off directions to the nearest place. We were also able to walk to all of the sights.

This motel was a nice walking distance to all Niagara activities. The breakfast & bags to go were a good start to the day. The Seneca casino was a surprisingly good place to eat & place to get a quick snack late at night. The sliding doors at the entrance have a personality of their own...kind of fun! I'd stay here again.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is in very good shape. We had our Grandchildren with us and the hotel had free popcorn and snowcones in the lobby for the children in the afternoon and evening. Pool area was very nice and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. We will definately stay there again!!

Location was perfect on the NY side. walkable to the state park and overall pretty good.

Requested best view when booking but was given first floor just off lobby. Not close to falls at all but they had fireworks one night that we might have been able to see if on the fifth floor, as requested. Heard angry voices in different language during breakfast one morning.

Great hotel, good location, hot breakfast - a solid 5 stars experience! Will stay there whenever I will visit Niagara Falls again.

+ve points: 1. Clean hotel. Nice rooms. 2. Very comfortable beds 3. Excellent breakfast -ve points: 1. Slightly off from the the main attractions (Not so far but relatively far compared to holiday inn etc.) 2. Hotel staff appear to be busy. I don't say they are too bad but not very friendly. Again not a big problem for me

I stayed with my 3 kids a night here. We had a great time and no complaints. It is easy to walk to the falls and the indian restaurant 4 doors down the street is fabulous.

Very Nice place walking distance to everything on the NY side. Clean and all staff was very nice! My sun Loved the Oreo cookies upon arrival in our room.

Clean, nice and friendly place to stay. Got mixed feelings about breakfast - was perfect on the first day and decent on the second day. And someone replace that toaster - every so often someone burns toast to the ashes because it is stuck inside, with appropriate smell. Hotel is close to all attractions. Overall - recommended

Like the price and Hampton Inn service much better than cheaper hotels/motels, just a little walk. Love lot of Indian restaurants around the hotel and gave us a good healthy walk.
