I was very unhappy with my stay. From check in to check out. For one night only thank God. Place was very shabby and out of date. Family owned. Received 1 key at check in was not asked if I needed 2. The daughter had to come out to translate hard to understand mother. The room was outdated. Bed low to the floor discolored curtains dingy rugs old furniture. […] Just a box very small. In the bathroom the toilet ran and there was mold on the ceiling. The towel rack was hanging on by a thread. The tv was an old bulky 25". The reception was poor staticky. The walls were paper thin. A family of about 8 in the next room had a baby. I had a 4am wake up due to a baby crying for about 10 minutes straight. There was a spider on the ceiling in a cob web. No internet no microwave or frig. A cold continental breakfast is is served in a separate building. The owner puts everything away right before cut off time 10 am. Read more

I was traveling with my 3 month old kid & parents. We booked non smoking rooms for one night. We checked in at 9pm after a tiring day & to my horror one of the rooms had awful smell of cigarette smoke. When complaining about the same to the owner Mr. Patel, he said he can give us room freshener to try if it helps but other than that he cannot do anything […] about it. That's what he does with other customers too. If we do not wish to stay there, he would give us 15 min to checkout for a full refund & then I can look for another hotel myself. I called up Expedia about it & asked them to re-book us on another property without any extra charge to me since all this was not my fault. The customer care agent and her supervisor talked to the hotel manager but he simply lied to them that the room he as given us is a non smoking room !!! Expedia customer support also was not of much help. The only option they gave was to cancel this booking and either pay difference amount to book in another hotel or look for hotel myself !!! I didnt want to go through all the hassle of hunting for a room at 10 in the night with family or to shell out 4 times the money. The hotel is located right by the side of a major road with room doors opening right in front of the road. Noise from traffic is terrible and just open your room's door and every car passing by can see all inside your room. Continental breakfast is a joke and they don't allow you to drink the milk or take breakfast to your room! Read more

I couldn't have been more disappointed in our stay. The hotel, which is a one story row of rooms, was not what we were expecting at all. The rooms smelled like smoke or some sort of odor. It was supposed to have included a breakfast and the manager never mentioned it nor do I think I would have eaten there. I guess I would expect that hotels.com would […] check out these hotels before offering them to customers. Unfortunately, there were no surrounding hotels available due to parents bringing in students to local colleges. Otherwise, we would have cancelled this hotel and stayed somewhere else. We decided to visit Niagara Falls (US) at the last minute on the way back from a trip to Cleveland. We were able to get this motel at a reasonable rate after checking on Expedia. The motel was as I expected, pretty basic and reasonably clean (except for the defrosting mini-fridge that was in the bathtub). The night manager was very friendly (and took […] care of the mini-fridge issue) and provided us with directions to the falls when we got in around 11pm as I had let him know we were planning to go the next morning. He let us know that it stays lit until around midnight, so we headed there and are glad we did. This also made the morning easier as we knew where we were going. No bugs that was the best part. However rooms are outdated. Breakfast is mini bagels corn flakes fruit loops milk on the counter and juice machine needed to be refilled. Location is 15 min from falls.

I didn't like it.....I wanted to be closer to the falls.....I reserved a smoking room and when I got there the room had signs in it that said "no smoking" and I called the desk and told them we wanted a smoking room she said that all of their rooms where "no smoking" but when I told her that we reserved a smoking room all of a sudden it was ok to smoke […] and to come to the office for an ashtray.....and your not allowed to bring back anything but coffee from the continental breakfast back to your hotel room.....never again Read more

This hotel is O.K. for a quick visit to Niagara Falls and simply use it for sleeping. Breakfast is very simple, there is no luxury or amenities to enjoy. Simply come in, sleep and go wonder around Niagara Falls.

It was old and tired and in need of a spruce-up...but it did what it needed. Chipped paint, worn fixtures, etc., all worked well and was serviceable. The breakfast was stale and not very appetizing - but heck, again, it did what it needed to.

The place was very clean. We had an option with three queen size beds since we had 5 people in the room and we only got charged extra $10 for all the extra people. Check in was very quick and easy. The room was clean and bathroom was new which was a very pleasant surprise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While the hotel itself was older, it was very well kept, clean, and comfortable. It is outside of the congestion of Niagara Falls but close enough to get there quickly and easily, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

It's cheap and you get cheap, no hot water in evenings and is abit run down. The super 8 across the road looked much better. Quite far from the falls a good 10/15 minute drive.

Had an emergency in Niagara Falls, so we booked for two nights. Stayed 4 hours, took a shower and left. We use the cheaper hotels because we just need a place to sleep. This is by far the worst we ever stayed in. The main problems are the furniture is old and lumpy and smells. Do not stay at this hotel as the staff was not friendly and not even bothered to help. The a/c in the room was noisy and kept turning off and on. Unable to sleep. The mattress was very cheap. Overall a bad experience. Try to avoid this place.

The motel was quite clean and nice. The bathroom looked as if it had new furnishings. The area was calm though a bit away from the main falls. The motel was a bit pricey though for its distance from the falls. Overall I would recommend it if you can get a good motel price.
