Especially for the price, this hotel had it all. The room was very comfortable, clean, and updated. It was also very quiet.

The location is not within walking distance of anything but Creighton University and is very close to the highway. The staff is extremely nice but if you're looking for something to do within walking distance or for a nice stroll after dinner it isn't a great location. Room was comfortable and decent size.

The hotel itself was ok and the rooms were very clean . the staff was wonderful and very friendly .the front desk people and the people overseeing the breakfast in the mornings were just fantastic

Our stay at this hotel was ok. We were very disappointed in the reliability of the shuttle service. We were dropped off at the Qwest Center at 5:00pm. When we called the hotel at 7:00pm to be picked up, we were informed that the manager sent the driver home early and we would have to find our own way back to the hotel. This was well within the 7am-10pm shuttle service time and the driver didn't say a word to us about not being able to pick us up when he dropped us off. We found a taxi and I asked for reimbursement for the taxi ride at checkout. They did reimburse us for the taxi after turning in our receipts.

Outside in particular looked rundown. Weeds have overtaken the flower beds. Inside slightly better. Did not like the fact that free breakfast was chaperoned by an employee soliciting tips (not overtly, but hard to miss her intention). Can't beat the proximity to Creighton University but that is about it.

The hotel room showed some wear and tear but nothing major and it was obvious that repairs had been made.I encountered no problems but the neighborhood and rear parking area can be a bit scary for those returning to their hotel late at night. Also, for those not familiar with the area, get a good map as the surrounding streets can be a bit confusing. For the price I paid, it was just fine ...

I just want to say, don't let the outside fool you. When we arrived to this hotel we were a bit concerned. The outside didn't look to be the nicest and the surrounding neighborhood left a lot to be desired. We were not happy, then we walked in. The inside of the hotel is much nicer. The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable. So, just give it a chance and don't let the outside appearance fool you!

Close to the Old Market. Only minutes from Casinos. No refrigerator in room, but we did ok without it. Had a sofa and everything else we needed. Had a great stay and would stay again.

Good - convenient to Creighton, only slept in hotel Bad - Stayed 2 nights and keys didn't work on either night. Didn't receive receipt on checkout.

We had a meeting at Creighton and hotel was very near the hospital end of campus. We did want to go to the Old Town part of Omaha and normally would have taken the shuttle but it was in for servicing. Overall a nice place.

I chose this hotel because it is close to downtown without the "downtown" prices. I am not very familiar with the city of Omaha, but the directions were easy to follow and I did not have any trouble locating the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but starting to show a little wear.

The very first problem was not being allowed to check in until 3pm. I tried to check in at 2:45pm so I could make the 3pm shuttle to the Qwest center. The clerk said they were really busy (even though there was no one else at the counter or on the phone) and I would just have to wait, because others wanted to take the shuttle as well. So after waiting until 3 to check in, I was told the shuttle was leaving at the top of every hour for the Qwest Center. As I walked into the lobby at 3:50 the shuttle pulled out of the parking lot, on the way to the airport, passing (but not stopping) at the Qwest Center. I was told it would be right back. 30 minutes later I had to get the clerk to call the driver back to the hotel to complete the 4pm Qwest Center shuttle. After that initial fiasco, everything was fine. The breakfast was as advertised and more than adequate even with a very full hotel of teenagers. The room was quiet and comfortable. Even the shuttle was on schedule for the remaining 3 days of my stay.

The hotel had an excellent breakfast room and rooms. The quality of the room, beds, sheets, towels was outstanding -- better than expected for the price. The hallways and elevators are rundown. The staff was nice. There was a snowstorm that day and they gave me a ride to Creighton (which I had planned to walk to). I would definitely stay there again and recommend it unless you need restaurants or shopping within walking distance. (5 min walk to fast food).

Hotel had a few unresolved maintenance issues, but overall was very comfortable. Being able to bring our pet with us was a bonus. The staff was very friendly.

I booked the room last minute and saved $25-30.Was a better hotel than the pics show.Neighborhood was a initial concern when i booked, but the parking was well lit.The room was average but the breakfast in the morning was excellent with a friendly lady working the breakfast room.Overall a good experience.

We enjoyed a beautiful hotel suite for a ridiculously low price! Nearby attractions were easy to find and accessable. The hotel staff was relaxed and friendly and met and exceeded our needs and expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Clean, efficient staff, free shuttle to airport/downtown. No decent food/shopping within walking distance, but free shuttle readily available to take you there. If you are traveling on a limited budget, this is a good place to stay.

We enjoyed the proximity to downtown and other attractions and was reasonably priced. Although, the walls definitely need more sound proofing. We could easily hear the conversation and television of the guests next to us and could also hear the shutting/slamming of almost every door on our floor. Air conditioner was loud and drowned out the television. Lastly, the hotel is across the street from a hospital and the sounds of sirens filled the room a couple times per night.

Did not like being unable to have a detailed receipt for my hotel. Was told that I must use the receipt that Hotels.com provided. This is a problem in that the Hotels.com does not show what was paid in taxes, etc. Why am I not albe to have a receipt from the hotel? What happens if I had other incidentals?

I was supposed to stay 3 nights/checked out after one and if it wasn't so late wouldn't have stayed one night. Arrived to find clerk's girlfriend at counter, to his credit he did stop talking and checked me in. I was on 6th floor, ice machines on 5th and 3rd floors but alas--no ice in either machine. I went down to front desk where girlfriend was still talking to clerk, he said no, "no other ice in the hotel." The kitchen was behind me and I asked if they had ice in there and he said maybe but it was locked and he didn't have the key. He needs to learn a little about customer service, an apology can go a long way. The clerk in the morning when I checked out was very good though. The room wasn't very clean either.

My sister and I were driving from Chicago to Denver so Omaha was a nice stop in the middle of the trip. The Seville Plaza was fine for us, but don't expect anything fancy. I was a little worried about my car (especially since it was full of stuff!) in the parking lot, as the surrounding area isn't the greatest. However, we parked in a well-lit area and had no problems. The hotel was clean and in good condition, I would recommend this to anyone who just needs a place to sleep and isn't looking for any frills. The free wi-fi was a plus though!

Great location - perfect balance of being close to City Market/Lewis & Clark Riverfront Landing Area/Downtown, yet with immediate freeway access to I-480, it's also very quick to get to Casinos and all the nice newer areas out West. Very comfortable bed, clean room, great service including fast check-in/out, very quiet, despite having closest room to elevator on 4th floor (408), and a very well-lit parking lot. Have stayed at 2 other fine Omaha hotels in past few months but this was most definitely the best overall value.
