Good value for price. Comfortable bed/pillows. Decent/typical breakfast with waffles and sausage. Nice (3 to 5 foot deep pool). Deep enough to tread water which is often hard to find. A little cold though but all of the three Rolla pools we sampled are the same or worse in terms of pool temp.

our ac was not working in our room it would only blow hot air we had to un plug the unit it was a misrable night. we would had changed rooms but we had already settled in and we were so tired.

Overall the hotel was a great place to stay for the price... I wouldn't say it was a luxury stay but it was very clean, had a convenient location, was close to restaurants, and made for a good night sleep. There were only a few negatives - the internet access was slow and the pool was cold, but for the most part nothing really to complain about at all... […] They had a continental breakfast, but we missed it each morning b/c it was only open till 9:00 instead of 10:00 but heard it was very nice. The A/C did not do a good job of cooling the room. Outside temp was in mid 90s. Towels and wash rags were on the grey side as opposed to white. Breakfast was good. Evening attendant was a real nice person. Morning attendant was watching TV and had it really loud while we ate breakfast.

Very unhappy with treatment. Shortly after checking out of the hotel I received a call while driving to my location from the desk clerk advising me that their inventory found a missing comforter. I told them that we had noticed that a comforter was missing from the bed, but that it was late at night and I was not concerned. I advised him that we had […] not taken the comforter. He responded that he had no choice but to charge my card with the cost of the comforter. It seems that I am arbitraily deemed guilty of theft and must pay for the item. I guess I shoulod just be happy that a bed was not missing. Read more

The hotel was easy to find and on par with hotels in this price range. The room and overall hotel was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable, but not overly so. The hotel staff was helpful with a forgotten item, but it was difficult to find someone at the front desk in the middle of the day. Breakfast included hardboiled eggs, sausage patties, […] cereal, breads, etc. Nothing fancy, but it was appreciated. The waffle maker needed to be replaced as everyone was having trouble with sticking. Overall very satisfied. Read more

Hotel floors was heavly soiled . On the first floor there was a very terrible odor, and it was humid as you passed through to exit the buliding. As for as the rooms, the bed sheets was stained, but after calling the front desk the problem was solved. Over all I would rate the room a 3 out of 5.

The pool was closed for repairs and we were not informed until we had completely checked in and then only because we asked where it was located. Desk staff seemed not to care. Since the indoor pool was the reason that we chose this hotel, this was annoying and we felt we could have been informed earlier. Also, the lower back hallway smelled like mildew […] and an apparently unsecured door was left open. Read more

The hotel was what we needed. It wasn't extravagant, but it was a good, clean place to sleep for the night. The room was a little small and the reading chair was uncomfortable. The beds, however, were comfortable.
