The front desk was warm and wonderful. The accommodations were very nice and clean, beds comfortable. We had 2 rooms. One room, the toilet had to be manually set each time. The chain would come of the handle in the tank. They were supposed to be adjoining rooms but they were just next to each other. My adjoining room went to someone elses room. The food was excellent but there was confusion as the waitress told us the plates are on the side for the breakfast buffet. When you go to the food area, the hotel manager is just loading plates with items and taking orders. You don't know if you are to place an order with him so he can give you food or wait for him to get out of your way. After a few minutes he finally said he would take the order and bring it to us. A waitress bright our food 10 minutes later. We seen her 3 minutes later to drop of the bill, but she never returned to pick it up.

<1mb wifi. Decent rooms. Decent breakfast and pool area. Very conveniently located near a movie theater and restaurants. The latter part came in handy since the hotel lost power for several hours during my 4 day stay. I imagine that's a rare incident, but I didn't want to withhold the information.

Hotel was very full and ran out towels at the pool. When we went to the front desk to get more we were told that they were all noon the wash and to come back when we were done swimming and they would give us bath towels. Really? However, since they were so busy they had overbooked our type of room so they upgraded us to a suite.

My husband and I stayed there one night. We were passing through and were only there to sleep, and then left. The room was very clean and the bed linens, towels, and carpet looked as if new. My hubbie forgot his toiletry bag, so he went to the front desk and they gave him a disposable shaver with a small can of shaving cream, and a toothbrush. The only […] negative thing I can say is the TV and remote were impossible to understand how to operate. I called the front desk to see if they could offer advice. They offered to come down to the room and get it started for us, but I declined as we had sneaked out puppy in for the night (no pets allowed). Our puppy was in a doggie carrier where she spent the night and caused no problems. We didn't check out the free breakfast as we were expected somewhere else for breakfast. Read more

The hotel was nice overall. Their complementary breakfast was awesome - pancakes, eggs, bacon, fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee, bagels. The only drawback to the stay was some of the fixtures in the hotel room itself. It was designed for a handicap guest and the bathroom looked so sterile with hand rails secured all over the place. IT WAS A VERY NICE STAY, EXCEPT IT DID NOT HAVE ANY ROLL-AWAY BEDS TO OFFER. IT'S LOCATION IN THE MIIDLE OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT IS BETTER SUITED FOR THE BUSINESS CUSTOMER.

The pool is VERY small. The pictures lead you to believe it is a much bigger area. It was very crowded, we didn't even get to swim. Very disappointed. The rest of the hotel very nice and clean.
