This hotel makes travel so easy with the enclosed bridge to terminal A. The bartenders make a great gin and tonic. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. My granddaughter got a set of goggles at the gift shop that she uses to this day at home.

Nice Hotel very convenient to the airport. Would have been perfect except for the total lack of insulation between bathrooms, pipes and rooms. Noise from someone in next room taking a shower at 1AM nearly knocked us out of bed. Really bad for an expensive classy hotel.

Wonderful location!!!! Really bad breakfast options and we were only given decaf coffee in our rooms. That was horrible. Other than that- great experience and because of the awesome location to the airport, I would stay again.

The place to stay if you're stuck at Logan, as we were returning on a snowy night. Can walk from terminals to hotel and be out of the snow or rain. This is a fine hotel, but our stay was marred by a room that smelled of stale cigarettes. The hotel has a no-smoking policy, but some people seem to ignore this. Unfortunately, windows in rooms don't open, so we couldn't air out our room.

Right at the airport but incredibly quiet. My weekend stay was lengthened by one of the many winter storms this year, but getting to downtown and beyond was extremely easy. There is no refrigerator or microwave, but plenty of places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

I like the hotel. The bus from the Terminal was on a call to request situation. We were not aware of this and waited unnecessarily. Am i right in saying that it is usually on a constant loop? Apart from this, everything was good.

Great location by the airport. Walls are VERY thin. I could hear the guest in the room next to me snoring all night (as well as using the bathroom). Was a very unpleasant visit.

We stayed in three different rooms on three floors during layovers on our vacation. Every room was clean and comfortable with views of the Boston skyline. You simply can't beat the convenience of the skyway attached directly to the airport! We had two 6 am flights, and it was so wonderful to be able to walk to our gate without walking through snow and cold. Connolly's publik house served up excellent meals with room service until 12:30. They had great variety, an excellent chowder, and a kids menu that our girls enjoyed. The highlight of our stay was the staff. The doorman was helpful when I needed a cab, and the lady in the gift shop was so personable and fun! We had a sick child while we were there, and the gift shop stocked children's medicine, which I really appreciated. All in all, a fantastic hotel with excellent service. I highly recommend.

all was great. it took 35 minutes for the shuttle...I had to call twice, and was told "5 minutes". I don't really care if it takes 35 minutes, but expectations need to be set.

Very convenient to the airport and a nice hotel. The only issue is there is no room service! I found that kind of strange for a nice hotel. Also, ask them to keep you car there if you are heading to the airport.. it is only $20 a day.

Everything was great except the beds and I really would like to have had a refrigerator in the room. The beds were a bit hard and the bed they brought to our room for my son was literally springs with fabric around them, no padding at all. Service was wonderful.

I have been to my fair share of airport hotels, and many can leave a little (sometimes much) to be desired. The Hilton Boston Logan certainly bucked that trend. It was very clean, comfortable, and yet incredibly close to the airport. I appreciated the regular shuttle service (only waited about 5 minutes at the airport). It was very convenient to hop on the shuttle in the morning and head to the T going downtown. I'm a fairly light sleeper so I was worried that a hotel that close to the airport would have some noise. However, I heard almost no air traffic noise and what I did hear was very easy to ignore-- certainly not enough to disturb my sleep. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for Boston travelers.

The desk person was very nice and efficient. But when we arrived there was a line and no one at the desk. He was searching for something in the back. Having a single person manning the desk is crazy, particularly at six in the evening. The rooms were nice but our stay was marred by inconsiderate travelers. The room next to us had several kids of various ages screaming and continuously - as if trying to do it to a beat - slamming the bathroom door for the better part of an hour before we called and asked to be moved. They said no problem and then we went downstairs no had to wait in the line again for 15 minutes while the single desk attendant -despite three hours passing - still manned the desk alone. The next room we received was great, until another inconsiderate guest arrived in the room next to us and proceeded to make calls on speakerphone at the loudest setting and yelling at the phone from across the room. This was after he unsuccessfully tried to unlock our door instead of his. I officially hate travelers in Boston.

I was traveling from Guatemala to Boston on Saturday 1/03/15. When my girlfriend and I arrived in Miami, we decided having almost missed our connecting flight we would just stay in Boston at the Hilton. We arrived at the hotel at about 2 a.m. only to find out the room we had reserved in Miami wasn't going to be accommodated. We ordered a room with a king size bed and after the day we had, all we wanted to do was go to bed with enough room and comfort. We get to the desk and they said they couldn't accommodate our request for a king bed, they were all booked, all they had left were rooms with two double beds. On hotels.com when I booked I was able to select king size bed so when I got to the hotel I expected nothing less. I was furious and had it been earlier in the night I would have went to a different hotel. I took the double room because we wanted to go to bed but I was so irritated they couldn't fulfill my request. I asked them what they could do in return, like possibly give me a better rate then having to pay $159 dollars for a room I didn't request. The manager said sorry sir since you booked through a third party site (being hotels.com) you will have to go through them to get a cheaper rate. So basically I can't even work out the problems with the hotel that I stayed at, hotels.com has to do it for me. I hope that I will be credited for a free room or no charge on this one. I won't be using hotels.com or staying at the Hilton near the Boston Airport ever again.

The staff needs total retraining on Logan parking. I was told that the Economy lot was the best option at $29 per night. The parking is actually $20 per night. They did not tell me about available parking set aside for the Hilton on the second floor of Central Parking, which is $29 per night. This parking is connected by an elevated walkway to the Hilton and would be much more convenient than the economy lot which is at the other end of the airport. Also, when I called for pick up by the shuttle at the economy lot, they did not tell me where to wait. I told them in 2 separate calls that I was waiting in the garage at the shuttle waiting area, where Massport picks people up. They told me this was the correct area. I found out from Massport personnel that the Hilton shuttle came and left three times from the street location that we were not told about. We were offered a ride to the Hilton by Massport which we accepted after waiting for the Hilton shuttle unsuccessfully for an hour.
