Hotel was in a convenient location. It was clean and in good shape. Rooms are very small. Parking was $6 a day, which was reasonable but had been quoted as free when we booked the hotel.

If you need a place to stay in Downtown Louisville, this is the place. One of the best deals for the money I have ever had for a hotel I will be back anytime I need to stay in the area, in fact I won't bother checking anywhere else.

Friendly hotel staff and clean hotel. Hot breakfast buffet costs, but is good. I thought parking was free based on other reviews of this hotel. However, when we checked in, the front desk clerk told me that it was $6/day. I acted surprise and said that I thought it was free. They went ahead and stamped my parking card without my having to pay the $6/day fee. Hotel is a 5 block walk away from 4th Street Live area where we spent both nights. Neighborhood felt safe to walk through late at night. Room appeared to not be newly remodeled, but it was clean.

This is a great hotel with nice rooms, comfortable beds, and totally helpful staff. The parking ramp was clean, and it was located in the center of things. The only thing that was deficient, and seriously so, was the restaurant, which was only open until 10 a.m. for breakfast and closed for lunch. I think it was open in the evening, but didn't eat there.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The free parking was nice considering the fact that there are parking garages everywhere in downtown Louisville. That town should have a surplus in budget because you can't go anywhere without paying for parking. My family and I had a good time and the hotel was conveniently located near everywhere we had to attend while in town.

This is a great hotel in downtown Louisville. You can easily walk to the 4th Street Live area. The only time it seemed questionable to do this was Sunday night at 11pm when we got in. There was no one really out and we weren't sure about the area at the time, so did not venture that way then. However, we walked there the next night for dinner and felt very safe. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. I had a great view of the sun rising each morning so it is hard to complain about that. The elevators were very fast and almost always came right away. The breakfast was good but not included in the room rate for us. The only thing that could be improved is to have another treadmill and elliptical (or two of each) in the fitness room....and a little more space for weights. Otherwise, great!

Hotel did not have food service other then breakfast, which was extra. Maid left door unlocked by propping vaccumm sweeper against the door while completing work in another room. Nothing was stolen or harmed but was not as secure as I expected.

Nice room. Free internet in room, which is not policy at surrounding properties. They also offered shuttle transportation, which again the neighboring properties did not. Good choice for those attending meeting at convention center.

Nice hotel. The room was clean and the beds were very comfy. It was next to the convention center so it was convenient to walk. front desk people could be a little more friendlier. they didn't have a restaurant in the hotel.. the one they had only served breakfast. The pool was small, but good for just 3 people. I would go back if I needed to.

This was our first trip to Louisville and we didn't know anything about the area. The staff at the Courtyard were wonderful. They greeted us warmly every time we walked in and answered our many questions about the downtown area. Pamela- Thank You for all your kindness during our visit! Kenny - our Shuttle Driver was fantastic!! You couldn't have asked for a more friendly, helpful and considerate person. He definately went above and beyond to help us.

I thought the staff at this hotel were wonderful. From the guy driving the shuttle from the airport, to the woman checking me in, and everyone else I dealt with over the next 2 days. I felt like they were friendly, useful, and understanding.

This was a very clean hotel. I have stayed at other places that were not as nice as this. The bartender was great! My only complaint was that the hot tub was not working.

My requirement was for the hotel to be downtown near the function I came to attend. This hotel really filled the bill. The staff were wonderful and very accomodating. I highly recommend it.

This hotel is located in downtown Louisville and has a parking garage attached for parking. The elevator in this garage was broken, leaving guests to lug their luggage down several flights of steps. And all the more fun the next day leaving, when the luggae had to be carried up the stairs because the elevator was still out of order.

My room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The only problems were that the elevator in the parking garage was broken for several days (and still not fixed when I left) and the hot tub was broken, which was unfortunate because I was looking forward to using it. In addition, I had to wait to check in for a couple hours after my estimated check-in time. They let me leave my luggage at the front desk though while I walked around town waiting. Something to keep in mind as well: there is no in-hotel restaurant, but they will call in an order for you at a nearby bistro and have it delivered to the bar for you (or to your room).

Just stayed one night while my wife had an interview at the UL School of Dentistry. The location was very convenient, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. All in all, it was everything you could ask for in a one night stay.

The staff that greeted us upon arrival was extremely helpful and friendly. The registration person was not only friendly, but gave us vouchers for free breakfast because the computer registration process took too long! The restaurant and bar staff were equally friendly and helpful.
