One of the amenities I was looking for in choosing a hotel is that it has to be pet-friendly. Also for the price I decided to stay here. The room was clean though pretty small for a 2 queen bedroom. It's close to the freeway & not too far from San Francisco which have way more expensive hotels. My mom asked for needle & thread coz of a wardrobe malfunction […] & they gave us for free (thanks!). Loved that it was close to the freeway and it had a airport shuttle. Breakfast was good but the attended did have an issue keeping the food stocked. I was disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working. It was a midweek stay and very quiet. Even though you were only a block away from the freeway you couldn't hear it nor could you hear the airport.

Decent rooms, old tv's, secure-ish parking. breakfast was included but they didn't tell us that it is over at 10:00 am, and sense we didn't go to bed until 1 am due to a long drive and dinner, we woke up at 10 only to go down to an empty kitchen. other than that we were happy with the accomodations.

It wasn't the nicest place I've ever stayed but it's near the airport, has a shuttle, it's cheap and the room was clean. The towels, etc were folded into shapes which made me think they are at least taking some time and care when cleaning the rooms. Perfectly pleasant for a quick overnight layover. Longer wait for the shuttle (there is one shuttle bus supplying three of the budget airport hotels) at the airport, but a clean and comfortable ride once we got going. Lady at front desk wasn't overly friendly but extremely efficient, which was fine for us - since we were ready for bed anyway. I requested a non-smoking room and was told I was given one. The room smelled like smoke everywhere. I got some disturbance at my door around 2:00 am.

Hotel was just OK, but the disappointing part was the advice from both the night front desk clerk and the two desk clerks in the morning that I could walk to the BART station- which they said was an easy 0.8 mile walk. It turned out that it was a very rough walk through an industrial area among heavy morning traffic as well as having to actually walk […] ON A HIGHWAY RAMP! The only way to get to the station is to actually walk along an overpass narrow shoulder with cars whizzing by! I was actuially afraid! I was late to my appointment because I missed the train I was trying to catch. I would highly recommend that the employees DO NOT suggest that a pedestrian should WALK to the BART station from that or any hotel at the airport. Read more
