Not a bad bed, but bring your own pillow. Theirs are flat and not at all comfy and the front desk said they did not have any extras. We were there for a soccer tournament so stayed two nights, I actually went to Wal-Mart and bought another pillow for the second night. The breakfast is pretty much of a joke. We ended up going out to breakfast both days. […] Asked for late check-out the night before since we knew we wouldn't be back from our game until noon. Came back to find we were locked out of our room! The clerk who let us in said the doors automatically lock at 11:00 am. Why couldn't they just tell us that then? The desk clerk / slash manager was very rude and made no attempt at customer service. I advised him that my refrigerator was not working. He too bad.That is all we have.I advised him that I brought food with me that needed to be refrigerated and if not it would go bad. He completely ignored me and continued what he was doing. The room opens directly […] outside. The clientele was unsavory and the neighborhood is sketchy. The door jamb and lock showed obvious signs that it had been damaged during an attempted break in. While brushing my teeth a piece of ceramic tile just feel from the baseboard. I survived the week without incident but would never stay here again. Read more

There is a train track close by and trains run all night. The rooms are noisy. Not the best hotel I've ever stayed in by far. It was cheap but once I got there I found another next door that was cheaper. It did the job but I wouldn't go back there.

The bathroom had hair all over the floor, the pillows looked like mini marshmellos, and the carpet was frayed. It was a dive.

This is a pretty nice hotel from the outside but when I got to my room I was very disappointed. The room I was in was in serious need of work. There were places where they had just plastered over holes and left them, there was a big hole buy one of the outlets, the bathroom had large cracks. There was rust and hard water build up on the showerhead. […] The tv didnt work at all. They advertise a pool but is was dry and closed. The rooms where clean and no bugs. They should lower their price or I reccomend to stay at the hotel about a block away. It was about $25 cheaper and was a lot nicer. If you must stay don't stay more then one night. We have stayed at this hotel on a previous trip and wa satisfied with hotel for the price we paid. This stay was quite disappointing though. We were given a room that obviously had other guests or had not been cleaned after check out. We were given a different room but returning to room after several hours away, we were locked out. Went to office and […] had key card reprogrammed but it still did not work. Had to return to office a second time. We were not told what time "breakfast" hours were and was disappointed that dining room was closed before 10:00 am on Sunday. Read more

Room was not that great. Bed was uncomfortable and hurt my back. Television only came equipt with several channels all of which were out of focus. two names were on the Hotel Room name however we only received enough towels and wash clothes for one person every day. Washer/Dryer sits in an open alley, was kind of tacky.

Casi siempre que voy a Tucson me quedo en este hotel porque a pesar de ser un hotel básico, en realidad tiene muchas cosas más que a veces no tienen los hoteles más caros. Lo que no tiene tanto es el servicio, o muebles nuevos, etc. pero fuera de ahi está bien.
