"Needs Improvement"

My husband and I stayed one night and yes I guess the saying you get what you pay for applies. For price is right but here are things we didn't like; pool area had a sign that said OUT OF ORDER and was told to use Comfort Inn's pool area. The mattress is hard as a rock, the lobby needs to be updated, they did not inform Hotels.com the price went down $5 so we had to contact Hotels.com to let them know. also for breakfast wasn't worth it and so my advice is to go to Denny's as it their continental breakfast had a very SLIM pickings to offer. You had coffee, 2 choices of juice, 2 kinds of cereal, oatmeal, Bagel, no bread, not really anything not even butter to offer as I asked the front desk for butter and they don't have it but they offer you cream cheese or jelly for it. Thank god we only had to stay there for one night.

"Mold and malaise"

This hotel did not live up to even my low expectations. The room smelled strongly of mold, as if it had been flooded and not cleaned properly. On arrival the staff was occupied with her boyfriend rather than waiting on guests, and several of the 'amenities' were shared with a nearby hotel (pool, spa) Had I arrived any earlier than 2:30am I would have made the effort to get my money back and find a better hotel.

"clean and neat, easy off/on freeway"

Due to changing surgery dates, had to re-schedule stay twice after initial reservation. Clerk was pleasent and accomodated my needs. Was able at check-in to select a room with easy access to parking for the wife who was having the surgery. Able to quickly furnish extra pillows needed. Good Value for most travelers.

"Staff inadequate"

I waited almost twenty minutes for check in, another employee said that th clerk was sleeping???????? I was upset and he gave me a smoking room. No one checked to see what type of room I wanted, so my significant other and I couldnt enjoy the hotel so we left within 3 hrs. It was horrible our clothes smelled terrible and there was a lot of noise of cars pulling up and leaving.
