The host wanted to charge me again because ihe didnt have any notice that i had paid almost a month ago then he told me that the computer was down .after i show him my recive he the told me that dont worry about it .that i guess the rate that i got online was what i paid.so he said here is your keys amd enjoy.

The people at the hotel were wonderful: friendly, helpful, and gracious. We had booked two rooms. In our room, the toilet didn't like to flush right after it had been used before and they tried to remedy that right away. It wasn't a quick fix, though, so we just were shown how to flush it as we were in an adjoining room and didn't want to move. My elderly […] mother was in the next room and she locked herself out not once, but twice (she was in our room and the adjoining door closed)! This was the first time I used hotels.com to help me plan a getaway. The cust serv rep who gave me all the info me was very helpful. The hotel was surprisingly very pleasant. The staff was super nice. Even in Feb, weather was nice outside to go night swimming in the comfirtable heated pool/jacuzzi. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the beds […] were SO comfortable; even to the point where I lifted the sheet to check the type of mattress it was. The complimentary breakfast was even really good and had enough to choose from. There are literally several restaurants walking distance as well. We drove here from CA for Dodgers spring training and the hotel was not even 10 min from the stadium. We will absolutely stay here again. Read more

The hotel looks like it is brand new. Just off I-10 west of Phoenix this hotel is located by restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and the whole hotels well cared for. The staff was polite. The free breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again.

The attention to detail as it relates to the customer service experience at this hotel was spectacular! (And I am normally pretty critical.) The staff were exceptionally curteous and helpful with our every need. The cleanliness was high, and the beds were comfortable (a rarity). The people at the front desk were extremely helpful. They looked up stores and phone numbers for us when I had to shop for clothes I forgot to bring for a wedding. The breakfast was very nice and on Weds. night they had a complimentary dinner. We would stay at this location again.

The staff was friendly, very helpful. The complementary breakfast was very nice, as were the fresh, warm cookies every evening, and the icy-cold lemon water available just inside the front door. Would definitely return to that hotel should we be in that area again.

We stayed here as an extended family because we had to be in Phoenix for a funeral. Everything about our hotel stay was good, and we will certainly use this hotel again if we are in Phoenix. We had three adjacent rooms, and our group included several small children. The breakfast was comprehensive and very helpful.

Very pleased with our stay, the associates were very friendly, we had a late check in, and their staff were accommodating and friendly. Easy access to the freeway, and located near all needed stores. Would highly recommend this hotel, and planning on staying here on our next trip to Goodyear....

It's in a great location, many restaurants surrounding the hotel. As well as fairly close to the ballpark we were going to which was Camelback Ranch. Go Dodgers!! Overall experience was great! The only thing that bothered me was the palm tree that was right outside my window! It was a windy night so I slept very little.

We love the comfort, location and amenities at the Holiday Inn in Goodwood. We have stayed there many times during trips to see family. Prices aren't cheap or discounted much, but moderate for a quality hotel.

The staff was very nice and the common areas were satisfactory for the level of hotel. The breakfast was also good for the level of hotel. But the tub in the bathroom was filthy. I was disgusted but I was only staying overnight on a Saturday and I thought it would be easier to just stay in the room assigned. First of all, the staff at Holiday Inn Express were absolutely amazing. We arrived 4 hours early and thought we would see if we could check in...no problem. Check out, they also allowed us to stayed an additional 2 hours as our plane was later in the day. They were all very accomodating for our every wish. The breakfast was awesome...anyone who complains […] about this breakfast should really go eat somewhere else. Everything was hot, fresh and plentiful. Coffe was just great.
