Holiday Inn Express Hope - Hope

Were moving from ca to va and this was one of our stops along the route. This hotel is conveniently located off the freeway. Rooms were a little small but worked out perfect for one night 3 adults. It is even pet friendly which was perfect for us. Breakfast was good no complaints from us.

My husband and I stayed here after staying a week in Nashville. We really enjoyed our stay! Everyone was very friendly, and it was very easy to find. It helped that the Walmart was right across the parking lot. There was nothing fancy about this hotel, but it got the job done!

This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast is VERY good. The location of the hotel is great - there is a good Mexican restaurant in the same parking lot and a WalMart right across the street (handy if you have forgotten something). We chose to stay here twice because it was such a great place.

This seems mostly like a hotel used by people just traveling through to another destination. It's not fancy by any means, but certainly provided a safe, secure place to stay. There is a pool, but we had no time to check it out. The staff was overly friendly, and made sure they had all our contact info, just in case we left something behind. They had […] a great breakfast 'buffet' with hot and cold items to choose from. The room was very musty. Not sure if there was mildew present, or just stuffy with humidity. The doors needed some assistance for closing and opening due to the humidity. I noticed in the morning many people with their doors propped open, some the air fresheners, to help air out the rooms. Great Stay. Folks working there are nice, extremely helpful. Good breakfasts. It has Wifi and computer room. Walking distance to a Walmart and a good restaurant. Nice pool.

Newer looking property. Everything in good shape. Friendly staff. Takes pets without problem. Breakfast was only ok, but got the job done and was priced right (free). Overall cleanliness here was excellent.

The staff was super nice, room was clean. No problems really. This is by far the nicest place in Hope, AR. The mexican place next door is really good and you get 10% off with your key. Breakfast was standard Holiday Inn stuff. Pancake maker instead of Waffle maker. The weight room was minimal. pool area nice.

The bed was very comfortable, there was a variety of pillow types. The room was very clean and I was never disturbed by screaming kids or people in the hallways.

Everything was great but when we were on the breakfast room they started cleaning everithing 15 minutes bfore the closing time they started sweeping an removing everything around we felt like we were been trown away.

The Motel was very convenient to the interstate, I had no trouble finding my way around the town. I left there and visited friends in another part of Arkansas and then on to Louisiana to visit family. A very nice place to stay, looking forward to staying in other Holiday Inn Express'

I arrived 2:30 am Saturday morning and as I arrived the lady at the desk welcomed me by saying that she was waiting for me to arrive. Because my reservation was made through hotel.com made it very convenient. All I had to do was sign my name and get my key. When I check out I just turned in the keys and that was it. I understand why you have to pay upfront for a reservation to this hotel! If I had not already paid, I would have gone somewhere else. Elevator and the second floor hallway smell. The pool has spiders all over the bottom of it. When reported, we were told that they would report it to maintenance the next day - too bad my children wouldn't be able to […] use the pool as we had to leave. A live roach was found in the room, when reported, we were told the room would be sprayed next week. While trying to kill the live roach, we found piles of dead bugs at the head of the beds. When lack of cleaning was reported, we were told they would be redoing the rooms in the next few weeks. Read more

Our family had to spend the weekend in Hope for softball games. Unfamiliar with the area, we wanted to stay in a comfortable hotel so we chose the Holiday Inn Express because of the reviews we had read. It was a great choice. Apparently, they had experienced some problems with their key system earlier the day we arrived. A member of the staff personally […] walked our family to our room to make sure our key cards unlocked the door. All the staff were excellent. The rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable, flat screen tv's were nice, and it seemed up to date. We did not have one complaint. We would absolutely recommend this hotel. Had read reviews of hotels in Hope in order to decide on this hotel for our stay. Judging from the few others in the area, this has to be the best. Rooms are very clean, quiet, comfortable (except that the beds are a bit too firm) and the complimentary breakfast was very good. Very good for a stopover but not much in the area to warrant a longer stay-except […] maybe visiting relations. All in all, this hotel was very nice and served its purpose above and beyond.
