We arrived late but had a reservation. The people were very nice. When we got into the room there were French fries on the floor, used soap in the tub and one set of sheets was dirty.

This is a nice hotel in a small town. There are surprisingly several options to stay at in El Dorado, but this is the only one that I would pick. The location is good, and the hotel is very clean. Hillsboro St, which this hotel is on, is questionable; however, I felt safe during my stay at this hotel.

everything was very nice but the surrounding area is not great at all. Its in a drug area with a night club right to the side of the hotel.. Not a place for kids to go outside.. best hotel in town
