Was not happy paying 9.99 for wifi when it's free at McDonalds. I consider the charge to be a rip off. Also breakfast is highly advertised but no mention that it costs 7.95. Other than that which I found very irritable it was ok place to stay. Nothing fancy but comfortable and good parking.

This hotel is perfect for the working/business man. It is very clean, in a quiet location, and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is a bit out of the way from Lincoln College but a 20-30 minute cab ride will get you there. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

The hotel was o.k. at best. The staff were unhelpful and the walls thin. I'm not sure why it was acceptable for other guest to have music blaring at 3-4.30 am. Other guest were also allowed to run riot in this time banging on doors and walls, screaming and I heard the smashing of glass on a number of occasions. Only there for a short time. For the price the room was clean and comfortable along with the bathroom. Disappointed and surprised that the wi-fi was not free. Traffic noise very noticeable as double glazing poor and drafty. My room was over entrance to hotel and it was Saturday night, need I say more!

I wanted an inexpensive overnight room and that is exactly what I got. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. There was no toiletries in the bathroom so make sure you take your own. Great value for money but be prepared, its in the middle of an industrial estate so if you don't have a car expect to pay a lot in travel expenses if you plan on going into town. Apart from that, great service, friendly staff, big shower and large, comfortable beds.

Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast at a reasonable price. Very comfortable bed, large double room and large bathroom. Tea, coffee making facilities in each room but no biscuits !! 24 hour food available. Limited choice of TV programmes Plenty of room for parking. Pub and restaurant next to car park.

Excellent value, although some distance out from the centre of Lincoln and set in a business park. There is a neighbouring pub (Pride of Lincoln) and an Italian restaurant within easy walking distance. Wish Ibis would offer a cheaper breakfast option for those only wanting a bowl of cereals and a cup of coffee!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable with a huge bed. We also found it to be very quiet - although we were facing the main road, we couldn't hear a thing. Location-wise, it's quite far from the city - around 15 minutes drive. There isn't a great deal in the area, but it's very convenient for the main roads north and south.

Hotel facilities were good; and there was ample car parking space. The location was somewhat remote from Lincoln centre (easy by car, but not by public transport). There are bus routes a short walk away; but local bus services seem to follow a confusing route, so it is a little difficult to identify the nearest stop to the hotel.

Good comfort-wise, but not close enough to the towhn centre.A bin is needed in the main room and the plughole in the bathroom needed bleaching as it stank each time you used the sink. Prices for breakfast should be lower- had to go to weatherspoons.

This hotel was good value for money, ibis hotels are always of a good reliable standard world wide. The only issue was it was a fair way out of the city. Fine if you have a car, but if not it's too far to walk. The bus stop is a 5min walk & the route takes about 40mins to get into the town centre. Other than location it was fantastic.

It looked pretty new so a lot of the ratings were bound to be good - I was really pleasantly surprised by the facilities and found the staff helpful. Breakfast was expensive so it turned a cheap stay into a 'regular' priced stay, but for a help yourself buffet it was nice.
