I booked an Executive Premier Floor Room. However, the room was very small and would be too small for two people (I did hear one couple ask for a larger room as the one they had been allocated would not accommodate their luggage). The room did have free internet access, free newspaper and access to the Premier Lounge on the top floor where breakfast, […] afternoon tea and evening cocktails were served, all included in the room price, . The Concierge Desk on the ground floor is near the rear entrance where I think most of the coach parties must arrive. This means one has to sort out one's own taxi (most drivers do not speak English) at the front entrance. The Italian restaurant on the 1st floor was good as was the coffee shop on the ground floor. The high speed Airport Express to Hong Kong Island and shuttle service to and from the hotel worked well. Read more

The hotel ambience was ok but the room was small and very minimally furnished. Location was convenient. The hotel shuttle from the airport was horrendously expensive at 140 RMB each person and the shuttle bus went to several hotels so it took a long time to get to our hotel - which was last. So don't take the shuttle if staying at this hotel.

The hotel is well-located in the heart of Wan Chai and is a short walk away from Causeway Bay. I was upgraded to a junior suite which certainly made the stay much more pleasant. The suite had many extras which helped to make the short stay very memorable. The TV in the main room didn't work properly on the remote control but I overcame these issues […] through the buttons on the TV. The room was clean and well appointed, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were efficient without being obtrusive. I had breakfast at the restaurant, which while not being particularly cheap (Hong Kong prices I guess# was tasty with a large selection #Dim Sum as well as western food). For a Novotel, I was very impressed with the quality of the hotel and the service. I stayed in one of the Club Floor rooms. While the rooms are small (it is Hong Kong after all) the entire hotel is new, modern, clean and well looked after. Great location and hotel - as expected of a Novotel. Easy to get to from the airport as there is a free shuttle bus from the Airport Express station. The hotel is also within a 5 minute walk from Wan Chai MTR and the Tram lines and bus routes are within a 2 minute walk. Rooms were clean but on the small side but this is to be expected in this area […] of Hong Kong. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Only downsides were that there is only free wifi in the lobby and the public areas of the hotel were extremely noisy and busy - this was because it was CNY and a big mainland holiday so the hotel was extremely busy with mainland visitors. The hotel did install a key card access system for the lifts while we were staying which helped make the hotel seem more safe and secure. Very convienent location. Airport Express Train to Central. Then H1 Hotel shuttle bus to Novotel. Very quick and easy. Room was typical Novotel standard. No views of the water but could see out. Public transit was one short block away; many trams and buses to Central. MTR (Metro) two walkable blocks away. Star Wanchai Ferry pier to Kowloon a 10 minute […] covered walkway away. Outside front door of hotel across the street, up escalator leads to Ferry Dock and Sun Hung Kai Centre with multitude of breakfast , lunch and sandwich shops; some local and some McD's and FKC. Showing passport at MTR Ticket booth at Airport, showed proof of 65yrs, and therefore got Octupus Senior Card, with substantial savings. Read more

The hotel in general was good and the rooms were clean but unfortunately we were only supplied with two small bottles of drinking water in the room per day ,we did complain to the catering manager of the executive floor but we felt in general that this was the hotels responsibility to supply us with water, also during our stay there were no night turn […] down service available and the bed linen is only changed Saturday,Tuesday &Thursdays unless you stipulate otherwise. As there was a greater selection in the main restaurant for breakfast we ate there on three occasions and found the food in general to be cold, and the chilled orange juice to be warm , and the staff were unhelpful, so we used the executive facilities and found although of a limited choice, the food was of a better quality and much warmer.Compared to the Harbour Plaza Metropolis in Kowloon the Executive Lounge at this hotel has a long way to go. Bra hotell. Overraskende stort rom med stor arbeidsbenk. Eneste negative med rommet var at det var vanskelig å kontrollere temperaturen, Virket ikke som om termostaten fungerte optimalt. Rommet har safe og minibar. Hotellet hadde et stort trimrom med både kondisjonsappareter og løse vekter. Det var også et lite svømmebasseng. Hotellet hadde restaurant. […] Ideell beliggenhet med 7-eleven tvers over veien og kort vei til natteliv, shopping og Metero.
