Comfortable stay... My son had an atheletic event in duncanville...this hotel allow easy access. I most definitely will stay again.

Nice hotel. And friendly staff. Bed was old and not well kept. Noise emanating from te bed frame and mattress was actually loud enough to wake up periodically, as one changed position during sleep. The ice maker across the hallway is loud and 'cranks' up' loudly every few hours. The hotel should be able to fix these issues easily. Overall, it is nice faciiliru, and these issues were specific to the room, and should not deter the business traveller from staying here.

staff was great! was was excellent only problem was the couch was not comfortable at all thats why i give it a 3 other than that it was a 5 six flags is not that far away i would suggest the trolley cause your feet will be sore great stay would stay again

Far from any restaurants or attractions if you don't have s car. Cab rides were $20 one way for four people.

It was hard to find due to recent renaming of the street. Fantastic, friendly, helpful desk attendant. The room was great. The only complaint was we could not get wi-fi that supposedly available.

Very nice hotel all together, except there was not any ash trays in the smoking room, and you get the slowest internet, you have to pay to upgrade. Other than that it was great. Also, the desk person was so nice and helpful.

The hotel is average, front desk was average. AC & fridge competed all nite for loudest appliance. The bed was not much more comfortable than sleeping on the floor, pillows were not much more than a folded towel. Speaking of towels, they were new, but the most scratchy, rough feeling towels EVER. Sandpaper would have been more literal.

Rating would have been all 5's but the freezer needed a defrost and the fan was noisy. By the time you get there all will be fine.....

The hotel stay was great. The only issue, was ,the slight smell as if animals had stayed with their owners prior to my arrival. It should be kept in mind, that not everyone appreciates cats or dogs inside of rooms. The hotel should at least freshen up the carpet, and have automatic freshners inside of rooms. "Extended Stay Deluxe Forth Worth- City View"
Decent place to stay. Overall the hotel was as expected. The price was affordable for a single night stay. The only complaint I have is that they wanted to charge me for internet access. I don't travel often these days, but this is the first place I've ever stayed that didn't include WiFi in the room rate.
"Helpful staff"
Front desk staff was very helpful at check-in, letting me know where nearby restaurants and shopping were located and how to get there and back.
