Hotel is in bad need of updating or a remodel. I believe that different aspects of the room were clean, but discoloration of paint, caulking, and carpets, gave it an unclean appearance. Lights in hallways flutter. Staff was very friendly, and helpful.

Price was good just to have a place stay. Went to see a Cowboys game. But the sofa bed was broken, there was cockroach in the kitchen area. Staff not very friendly.

I got the room because of the location. It is very convenient. (2-Stars for that only) Pluses are location to Cowboys Stadium. Saved $20 -100 for parking. Next to 6-Flags. Negative. Room was dirty. Smelled even though no smoking. They didn't clean the room because we didn't stay a whole week. Never gave us fresh towels. We had to bring our dirty ones […] to the front desk to swap out. Not bad for the money and great location... However I had requested a non-smoking room and got a room that smelled of smoke. The staff wasn't too knowledgeable of nearby concessions (i.e., places to eat, local grocery stores, how to get back to return my rental, etc..) Overall though, not bad. Stayed here for a Cowboys game and couldn't beat the location […] and price. A few good places to eat within the vicinity. Taxi's are way over priced around gameday though, expect a $20 bill to go 2 miles around this time, if you can find one. Is perfect for the family! is near everything, the Cowboys stadium, Six flags and the Rangers Stadium, the kitchen is well equiped and helped us save money by not eating out, but cooking what we liked. Very spacious and the rates are incredible... Defenetely a great value for my money!

we don't stay in the hotel much when on vacation. it was warm and clean. My only complaint would be the quality of the pull out in sofa. It was broken. Otherwise it was perfect for our needs.

Room was kind of old looking spots on the floor and the couch. No towels had to call roomservice but they were good about bring them quick tolerance was broke ran allnight but the staff was # 1 and food is to high for breakfast when you have Denny's next door.

I was very pleased with the hotel, as I was working with the Bill Glass Prision Ministries which was headquartered in the Hilton hotel across the street from where I was staying. There where more amenities at my hotel and my room was more conducive to my needs.

This hotel/suite is just across the road from Six Flags and near Rangers and Cowboys stadium and Hurricane Harbor. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was warm and clean. If we decide to take our grandchildren to Six Flags next year I will book a room here.

Price was good for the space of the rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms, but not the cleanest of places to stay. There is no 'lobby' per say. Just an office room you check in and out of. I rented the room because It was a 2 bedroom studio and I didn't know it was extend stay place. When checking in I was told that the room was not going to be cleaned & I didn't like that because the trip was a vacation. After couple days the trash was starting to pile up, didn't know where to take it and when I went to ask for towels I was only given […] 3 and per the maid that was all I could get. The third day we asked at the front desk it they could clean our room and at the end of the day when we went back to the room it was not cleaned. The person up front said that he would request the room to be cleaned but that never happened. The rate on the stay was not good because I expected to have room cleaned everyday. The room was not vaccumed very good & the cover for the bed was old. The extend stay informatiion about not cleaning the room if you stay for 1-5 day should be listed on the internet or hotel information. I called hotels.com. and the booking agent was very helpful in getting us the right room. I have stayed at a couple of Studio Plus hotels before in other cities and knew it should be a great accommodation for my ex hubby and the kids. The room had two beds, a couch, a kitchenette and is very close to Six Flags. This is the way to go if you are not wanting […] to spend a lot of money on rooms or food when in that area. I asked each one if they enjoyed their stay and liked the room, they all said yes. Affordable, clean, convenient, and close to major hwy's. Having the couch saved us from having to get two rooms and they were able to cook several meals.. We have season passes and will make another trip this summer. Very old, musty. Kitchen is not fully stocked. Hotel is old, musty, needs updating. Fire alarm went off middle of the night. Would not stay here again. It is a great location and the staff was very nice.
