It was no services on reception we have to wait 10 min before someone showed up in front ,It was nasty , the room stunk so bad , there was no service , the sheets look like they havent been changed in days ,next day no body clean up our room, all this for 2 nigths $700, we just stayed 1 night and there was no refounds. "Where NOT to stay in Arlington"

Chissa at front desk was friendly when finally came to desk. There was no sign saying "check-in" etc.. Called front desk x2 no answer. Finally answered, asked for items for room, they never brought. "Is this a hotel or a hostel?"
When I got to the hotel the front desk, if you can call it that, was hidden away behind a door with no window, not a very inviting experience. Check in went smooth enough, but I thought it was a bit odd that said they will keep a copy of your photo ID on file for 30 days after you left the hotel. When I got to the room I noticed the closet door was […] not attached to the closet and was sitting on the floor in the corner of the room. In general the room was also generally out of repair. In the bathroom I found the used soap from the last guest and no shampoo. I went to the front desk and the clerk explained that they ran out of shampoo and if I wanted some I would have to go to the store. An hour later I was back from the store and back in the room. In the morning I got up and went to take my shower, and went looking for towels. When I did not find any in the room, I called the front desk and they told me that it is there policy to only provide towels upon request, really. Why would I ever think to request towels at a hotel? Why did not the clerk that I spoke to about the lack of shampoo mention that? All in all while the hotel was cheap, at the end of the day it was not a good experience. I will NOT be back. "Don't think we will stay there again"
The hotel is very dated-old mattresses (uncomfortable, too), old carpeting, bathrooms needing regrouting and resealing, things such as that. Between hubby and I we killed a total of 8 bugs, but this is Texas after all... Still, I believe the bugs were coming in through the unsealed areas in the bathroom. We got the Suite with two double beds and a fold away bed/couch. Room was nice and very roomy with clean kitchenette. Hotel seems very old. Very dirty hallways and elevators. We have stayed in this hotel 5 other times, without issue. But this time there were several problems. First, we jad to wait over 20 minutes for a clerk to arrive & let us check in. Second, although we paid for our stay in full @ reservation, when we arrived, we were charged a $100 deposit. Third, at check in, we were told "the key machine" was down, […] so we could not have a key to our room. The clerk walked us to our room to let us in, while also letting others into their rooms without verifying who they were. It took a full day before we were issued a key to our room. "Good for last minute choice"

Outside looks nice. Looks are deceiving. I think a bomb went off inside. Watch out for the $100 room deposit they request before checking you in. This is no place for children. I drove up and people were "partying" in the parking lot. I walked in the front door and no one would help me. It appeared to me that everyone in the lobby area was partying. "Very Unhappy Traveler"
I was very unsatisfied with my stay at this hotel. First there was the check in. They did not have my room ready at check in, then they gave me a room with one bed when I had reserved two beds. Then when I went to tell them they gave me a room that looked like a bomb had went off in there. Plaster was everywhere, there were no sheets on the beds and […] it looked like it had not been cleaned in ages. So I went back for now the forth time to check in and they finally gave me a room with two beds that looked suitable but we had to wait another 20 mintues while they cleaned this one. The checking in process took 2 hours. When we booked this hotel we were told that we were in walking distance of the At@t stadium. We were there for the final four. We were not. We were two miles away so we had to pay for a taxi there and back. The room that I finally got was not all that clean, at least to my standards. The only thing that I can say nice about this experience was the employees were very nice. They just could not get anything right. Also this hotel is in need of a major renovation.
