The room and beds are a little small but with 3 people, it was fine and stocked with towels for 4. Hotel building was nice inside and out. Breakfast was quite good with waffles, egg and cheese biscuts, lots of good fruit and drinks. Small lobby but nice. The only problem we had was the TV remote operation.

I did not choose this hotel and only stayed there because family was already settled in on another floor. The bed and pillows in my room were awful, definitely in need of replacement; linens were low-quality and smelled of bleach; one bar of soap and no shampoo/conditioner was provided; largest issue for me was the resident one floor above - kept me […] up for hours in the middle of the night because you can hear everything in this hotel, no soundproofing provisions. I contacted the front desk to inquire about moving but they were completely full and could not accommodate. I understand the need to stay here due to low price for an extended stay, but I ended up moving to the Residence Inn for only $20 more per night - well worth the cost increase considering the quality of the hotel/staff and the excellent breakfast they provide at no additional cost. I was not impressed with the manager who met me at the counter. He really seemed like someone who doesn't care. That first impression make me decide, just at that time, that I will never stay in such a chain of Hotels in the future.
