The hotel was what I expected for the price I paid. A clean and comfortable room, hallways that smelled like old pizza and pot-smokers, and a cheap location close to Atlanta. Check in person was dry in personality. The state of the room was okay. It had everything I asked for and needed. The problem came when my door card decided to stop working when i returned to my room at 2 o'clock in the morning. A front desk clerk was available to assist me in my time of need and reprogrammed the key. THANK GOODNESS!

I will start with the positive...checked in around 1:00 am after landing at airport, check-in was easy and we were in our room quickly. The location is good as well, a quick jump on the freeway and you can be anywhere. Now....the rooms are pretty gross, there was what looked like dried blood on the walls in the bathroom as well as sleeping area. The […] room and in fact the entire hotel smells foul. I'm not sure if it's mold or what but its not pleasant. The carpet throughout is dirty and needs to be replaced. Not just slightly but seriously gross!! I went to the front desk in the morning to ask for another packet of coffee (there is none provided in the lobby) and I was told they have a "One packet per day policy"! WHAT The manager, Stacy also refused to give any additional coffee as I had her called at home to inquire. Overall bad experience and I will never stay in this chain of hotels again. Read more

First time staying at a Studio Plus and it was a good experience. It is a little different having a front office instead of a front desk, but check-in was easy once I figured out where to go. We reserved for 2 nights, and ending up only staying one. Check in was very lengthy, they were nice, just slow. Room was in major need of updating and maintenance. Even though it was non-smoking, it had a smoky smell upon entering. The wall paper was coming off all over the room. We checked for bed bugs...luckily there were none, but discovered what […] looked like where someone had vomited on the corner of the box spring and was never properly cleaned. Entire floor had a "sticky" feeling to it...maybe, hopefully, from a cleaner, but nonetheless, didn't walk around barefoot. Sheets had holes in them and comforter was way passed the point of needing to be replaced. Spoon in drawer had crusted food stuck to it. Garbage in stairwell was always overflowing. Stay was okay and I would stay there again. Noisy at times but we were in town for a 17U Perfect Game baseball tournament and there were other teams there as well. The place does need an update, a fresh coat of paint would go a long way, mainly in the hallways and entrance. Overall, this was an awesome hotel. My one & only complaint is that it's right next to one of KSU's ball fields, so it was a little noisy in the afternoons. Otherwise, I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. I highly recommend Studio Plus!!

The hotel is very hard to get in need better signs etc \room was very dark and had a mildew smell. There was no shampoo or any small bottles of lotion. No food facilities or drinks. Great location but subpar on ambience.

All equipment like kitchen, TV, shower are so old and not maintenanced very well. Need to pay $5 for internet access but wi-fi is so unstable depend on rooms. No house keeping even toilet paper was used up.

We stayed here for a long weekend baseball tournament. It was nice to have a full fridge and ice in the room. The room was clean and hotel staff helped with any questions we had. It was close to the East Cobb fields so we could go back to the room in between games. We will stay here again for future tournaments.

We had plenty of room for our family of six in the double room with sleeper sofa. The kitchen helped us save on restaurant bills and had plenty of dishes. WiFi was perfect. The bath towels were real thin and hard to get, but we'd brought some from home, so no problem. We would stay here again.
