I have a dog and needed a place to stay that was close to my boyfriend's family. They have unfriendly cats, which makes it impossible to stay with them. I made my reservation with Expedia initially but had to cancel because they charge and extra 50 for the room. Marketa the receptionist was sweet and professional. She helped us with our reservation and gave us a clean room. Our stay was quiet and relaxing and our family was very close, which made it possible to sand more time with them and check on our dog frequently.

All of the front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. Marketa Underwood took the customer service even higher ! It snowed, our family had to stay last minute due to power outages, and Marketa got all the bedding and necessities for them in a quick and efficient manner.Very nice experience! Very professional. The room was so nice and had everything i needed to have a pleasant enjoyable stay without the high price! Marketa was amazing and always made sure I smiled, made my day better and made sure my experience was above and beyond the expectation. I felt like like more than just a guest. I am very pleased and will stay here again in the future.
I arrived at Extended Stay America in Farmington late at night before an interview. Marketa and Melinda helped me get settled in my room and arranged for transportation to my interview. This allowed me to relax and prepare for my interview. I really appreciated their commitment to quality service and their enthusiasm. I would stay with Extended Stay again.

Extended Stay America is close to small strip mall with all the amenities. It is just about one half mile from the hotel. It has a gas station, a diner, a liquor store, a grocery store and a Subway. They are all excellent.

stayed two nights in early October 2014. It appears fairly new, and is clean and functional. The desk staff is friendly. Now, the down side. Everything in the building is cheap except the price. Sound proofing is minimal. There is no daily maid service. the breakfast is a joke. There is no overhang or awning at the front door. When you check in or out on a rainy day you and your luggage will get wet.

For the most part, I was very happy with my stay here. The room had a small kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove, sink and plenty of cabinets and counter space. Coffee maker, silverware, anything you need, the hotel will provide. Nice flat screen TV with a good amount of channels. AC and heat. Plenty of outlets throughout the room. A nice comfortable recliner to sit and watch TV in. The bed was clean and comfortable. Ironing board and iron in spacious closet with plenty of shelves. The closet has full length mirrors. There is a desk with chair and then there is a bigger table (to eat at, I'm guessing) with a chair. I used that as my desk because it was more spacious for all I needed to do. I had a smoking room which DIDNT wreak of smoke, I was able to open the window to vent out the room while smoking. Location is perfect! 84 East and West 5 minutes from hotel. Here's the few things I didn't like......They were having the roof redone while i was there. At check in I was given a typed notice of this. I stressed that i needed quiet and to be able to sleep. She assured me that it was no big deal. Each morning I was woken to extremely loud banging from the roof. It started at 8am and didn't end until 7pm. This reconstruction started Oct 14th but didn't say how long until finished. So make sure you ask about any renovations before you book. Also, I didn't like how I got a call from the front desk at 9pm asking if I was still leaving the next day. Ummm, you have the date of check out in front of you, Nothin like feeling your not wanted (and they had no problems with me.) Also, if I'm extending my stay, I will be at the front desk before check out to book another night. That's been my experience everywhere else. So, I unplugged the hotel phone after that as I was concerned they might call again early in am and wake me. Unprofessional in my opinion. I was woken up again this morning to banging and walking on the roof. It's the weekend, really! How about 10am. Some people don't sleep well during the night for various reasons. Myself, back issue's. Wakes me at least 3x a night. The hotel does have a fitness room and laundry rooms as well as vending machines. It has an elevator. Parking is ample with plenty of lighting at night. Wi fi is free. Colleen, ay the front desk was a great help.

I was VERY impressed, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and spacious room. The staff is AMAZING.. I booked for one nite, based on the great reviews I saw here.. and wound up extending my stay for the duration. Tina at the front desk is THE BEST! She truly cares about the guests and making their stay excellent. I was in CT due to a family illness, and she took time to ask how things were going, and made sure I had NO issues with any part of my stay (check-in, re-booking, etc). Great room ... great location ... and AMAZING staff!

The grab and go breakfast was fruit( oranges and apples) and ok muffins. Coffee was ok but they had liquid coffee ate creamer that was sweetened. Wish they had another option for people who don't drink black coffee but don't like sugar. The sheets seemed too small for the queen bed. The corners kept coming off. And last but not least, on our last night there, (we stayed three nights) we received a call from the front desk asking what time we we planning on checking out the next morning. We told them by checkout time( 11:00 am) we then received another call five minutes later at 8:38 pm, stating that the room below us complained we were making too much noise, when in fact, we were playing cards, not speaking loudly, the tv was not loud. The next morning at 7am, we turned on the tv and we had no power to it. We called the desk and they said they were having cable issues. My husband went down to the desk, returned and tv was on. Gee, wonder if they turned our tv off. I am thinking some other room was making noise because we were not. Very strange. Would not stay there again.
