I really enjoyed everything other than the hotel did not have change for 500 pesos, so I did not have change for tips? Really surprising considering they do currency exchange at the hotel.

I was dissapointed because they gave me a room that was having toilet problem. I insisted in giving me another room and they did sad to say they gave me with a toilet full of ants. They gave me another one and it was occupied. I ended up in my room 604 and I had to ask them to get a maintenance guy to fix the toilet. It was not really working but I […] stayed there thinking they will clean up...They did and I watched them clean the toilet and sad again to say they used dirty towels to wipe the toilet bowl and I instructed them not to continue that I will do it and clean it up myself with the cleaning materials i brought from my trip. I also told them not to clean anymore my bathroom until further notice of giving me fresh towels. It was so bad and i wanted to vomit how they cleaned the toilet. I could imagine how they turned in the beds with that nasty way of cleaning. I did not really enjoy my stay. The staff were with smiles but that is about it. the hotel was not that good for the price I paid. May I mention that vaccuming was also not acceptable...Very dissapointed. Read more

Stay was ok. The AC was weak...maybe better at other units. Had to pay a few bills for Wi-fi for your room which is a rip-off....other hotels provide free Wi-fi so if this important to you don't go to this hotel. The morning buffet food was also just ok....same stuff pretty much so a couple of days of this and you're fed up. Location was good...easy […] to get to from airport....food and Starbucks within walking distance....Bay Harbor Restaurant and Ocean Park right across the street. It is okay ,just a place to shower and sleep.Good for the rate.Front desk was helpful and staff but did not act on request immediately when bathroom got flooded, Im sure this is just coincidental...and had to mention about review before they transferred us to a better room after flooding happened twice.Overall it is acceptable.

Beds are old and very uncomfortable.My room was not cleaned until the evening when I was gone all day.Breakfast buffet is just OK. Staff was extremely friendly and professional.The pool is tiny and not made for exercise.

only stopped overnight on my way to mindanao.....no hot water, the wifi which hotels.com said was "free" was 320 PHP for 1 night......cheap bedding, scratchy........breakfast was a typical budget filipino one....boiled eggs, unidentifiable meat,cold cereal, fresh fruit, but the coffee WAS fresh brewed and hot so that is something, eh? I generally do not complete reviews but I did not. Enjoy my stay at this hotel. I had reserved a queen size bed they gave me two twins. Toliet wouldn't flush. Safe wouldn't lock tv didn't work well. No one at the hotetl could tell me the approximat taxi fare to the airport. They could not give me directions to local restruants. They charged for wi fi […] which rarely worked. I thought this hotel was much nicer than I expected and was close to the embassy which is what I wanted. The breakfast was mostly American and was included in the price. I even had tacos for dinner one night and they were very good. All in all this was a nice place and I would gladly stay there again.

The service was great, very accommodating. The bed was a little stiff but the shower was warm and provided great water pressure. The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired but it was okay for the price, free. All in all it was a good experience for what was available.

Found one cockroach in the room, the carpet have stains and looks dirty. Hopefully they can change them to hardwood for easier cleaning, maintenance..

Dust from work in the hallway by the elevator was bad. For a country where English is the business language several of the front desk and office people did not have a very good command of English. Considering English speaking customers, the staffing could have been better.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who will go to the Saint lukes medical extention clinic and to those who will have their interview at the US embassy. Internet is not free, you should check the fees. You may be better off to check costs of ammenties elsewhere before you choose. Restraunt is expensive, you can buy coffee cheaper at Starbucks next door. They will exchange currency if they have it, they don't always have it.

my kids enjoyed their stay, the only complain that i want to emphasize is that the hotel is not wi-fi free when you booked outside from their own website. that's the only disadvantage with this hotel from the other hotels. other hotels offer wi-fi free even f u didnt directly booked
