This was the most uncomfortable room I have ever stayed in. The beds were cots, not mattresses. The room was probably last updated in 1950.

With its competitors the Adiv and Maxim closed for renovatoin, there are not many reasonably priced hotels near the beach. The Olympia is clean but in need of some minor upgrades, eg carpeting, etc This one is across from the Marina and other luxury hotels. The guy at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not lavish, but a more-than-adequate […] buffet with good coffee, cold cereal, cheeses and vegetables. The biggest problem is the kitchen lady - she wouldn't even let me fill my water bottle, let alone bag some granola.! I'm used to more generosity of spirit so I was disappointed, but the bed was comfortable, the shower nice and strong, and the location unbeatable. Read more

Nice location 300 feet off the beach. Bus line close for visits to Jaffa Old City, train and bus stations. Staff was very helpful and professional. Breakfast was first class with traditional Mid East selections. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent value for the price.

I would go back to this hotel. But I would request not to be in a room with a locked door to the adjacent room. There is no insulation and I was very much disturbed by the noisy neighbours. However, the hotel staff reacted immediately and took the necessary action. Ultimately ,I moved to a quiet room. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The hotel was expecting me. I arrived about 3AM the day after my reservation called for. The staff greeted me with a smile and expedited check in so I could get to bed. Check out was fast and easy as well. The rooms are nice enough and the location was great. I was able to sit on the balcony of my room and look out onto the beach - especially nice on […] the windy days. The rooms had a small fridge. These are not the super rooms you'll find in some luxury hotels but they were more than adaquate and I thot roomy and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the daily service was very good. I originally booked for two days but spent a total of six days there since it was so nice. The free breakfast provided everything I needed for my long days of tours and much walking. The hotel is right across the street from the beach and one block from a busy commercial street called Ben Yehuda with all the shopping, eating, and drinking you could want. Be aware there is a disco across the street and the music can be disconcerting at 3AM. Just keep the room fan on for heat or AC and it will drown out the music and streret noise. Read more

While this hotel is close to the beach and pier it was a bit far from other Tel Aviv sites. Most of the hotels do seem to be situated in that area though, as I believe the summer beach scene is what many people go for. There was nothing fancy about the hotel but everything was nice. What made it memorable was its location. It is close to the thriving city and a stone's throw away from the beach. It's very close to the Tel Aviv pier. My friends and family had no problem finding the hotel.

Location is good...walking distance to great beaches. Lobby is nice and clean, though dining room is small and cramped. Breakfast buffet is not "full" spread , but decent. Rooms are very basic...which is fine with me as I don't believe in spending much time in the room. For news, there is 1 English speaking channel (Fox news). The is no internet cafe […] or service at the hotel but the hotel next door has 3 pay computer terminals tucked away in their bar area one can use--cost is NIS 10 shekels for 20 mins. room was fine and pretty much what we expected. the breakfast was a bit weaker than other Israeli hotels. Location was great near the beach, main hotels and lots of bars and restaurants. Hotel is a bit old and rooms a bit tiny but probably not much different from peer hotels in the area. Olympia Hotel Тель Авив расположена очень удачно. Близко берег моря, и центральные улицы. Я ходила пешком и в исторический центр и в магазины. Приветливый персонал. Все вопросы решают очень быстро. Рекомендую этот отель всем своим знакомым
