"Great choice!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
Price and location were right. Grounds and maintainance inside and out were above average....flowers blooming everywhere! Front desk friendly and efficient. Room spacious and well appointed with 2 Q beds and new, big, flat screen TV (room 301). Towels were not lush, but there were 4 of them, so no issues!

"Good mid-price choice"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
This is a good choice if North Vancouver is your destination. Lots of shopping and eating in the market below the hotel, which is also where the parking is located. The more upscale and higher priced rooms get you further out towards the water, which can be worth it in terms of quiet and view.
"2 nights in Vancouver."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Hotel was very clean and new. Hotel is in middle of Chinatown so you won't see many chain restaurants or food other than very traditional Asian.

"Convenient"
This place is very conveniently located near TWU, and is one of the closest motels to Hwy 1. & Hwy 10, and Willowbrook Mall area. The downside is it is adjacent to railroad tracks, and may be noisy on occasion.
"Super 8 Langley"
It is worth the price, if you don`t mind the Train just near your bed ,and a long i distance to Vancouver City. Staff, very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast OK
"Super 8 Langley/Glover Rd - A Great Overall Value"
I'll be honest, I booked this hotel because I wanted a low cost hotel room somewhere in-between Vancouver and Chilliwack. This Super 8 fit the bill and therefore I wasn't expecting much else. However, I must say that while I have stayed in nicer hotels, this one did just fine on it's own. It was clean, everything was in working order, the staff were […] friendly enough and my overall feeling was that I'd stay there again. If you're looking for 3 stars and up, find somewhere else to stay. But if you're looking for a good hotel at an excellent price, then this is for you. Read more
"A good surprise"
Nice place, clean rooms friendly staff. I would go back. There
"Trains!!"
No fridge or microwave, and we were unable to swap. Bathroom was a water closet and the door wouldn't close all the way. The TV was crappy (volume was too loud and picture over picture) The most annoying thing was the train that ran all night, every night. The view was of a RV park. The breakfast included 3 kinds of cereal, bagels, muffins, and bread. […] There was fruit and hard boiled eggs. Coffee, apple and orange juice. Read more

"Very nice."
Needed a place to stay as we were on our way to Whistler BC. This place was clean and very nice. Could not find it on the GPS because it is on HWY 10 also known as Glover. Cont. breakfast was also good.
"Good for the money"
We needed an overnight stay for a wedding and this was one of the few hotels that accomodated pets, so we gave it a try. We were suprised at the comfort, cleanliness and functionality of the room. We normally stay at more expensive hotels, so our expectations were not real high. Although a little on the smaller side, the room was very good for the price […] and very clean (I think the carpet was brand new). I would definitely stay there again. Read more
"very nice"
Hotel was nice, clean, and friendly. It is located right next to the train tracks so if you are a light sleeper you may want to find somewhere else to sleep. We had two rooms and they were adjoining rooms, which was nice. We were travelling with small children and they could go back and forth between the rooms without having to go in the hallway. Served […] our purposes perfectly. We checked in at 10pm with no problem. Read more

"Clean motel, but on a busy road with train tracks"
The complimentary breakfast was decent, and the rooms were very clean. The staff were really accommodating to our special requests, which was really nice. But the road it is on has all the Ferry traffic and the train tracks are literally right across the street. We were woken up by the train a few times. I don't think we'll stay there again.

"Hotel super 8 not so super!"
Our room had dog hair everywhere. The train went by every hour and honked every time. There were two guard dogs next door that barked all night long, right under our window. Worst experience ever!
"Super 8 in Langley"
if you don't mind frequent trains passing by, (tracks across the street from hotel front door) this was a really nice place to stay. Beds very comfortable, rooms very clean.

"Super 8 Langley - Glover Road"
Nice place. Good rooms and a great rest spot for the price. The constant train traffic through the night has its drawbacks, but if you get to sleep before midnight you will not hear any of them until the 6 am train which blows its horn several times more than the others for some reason. Staff was friendly and courteous.

"Super 8 Langley/Glover Road"
Look out hotel is close to railway tracks. Breakfast was good. Price was good.
"Shady hotel in secluded area"
The hotel is on a secluded section of Glover Road and during night time, it may be unsafe walking out as it was next to a used car lot on one side and another secluded house on the other. Everything including all restaurants are 5-10min drive away. The corridor on the main level was reeking of smoke smell even though that section was non smoking. The […] common washroom on the main floor was so dirty you couldn't even open the door to go in. There was no one assigned to look after the breakfast area. Microwave in the breakfast area didn't work, there was no creamers for coffee or tea. The person managing the front desk was helpful in providing whatever was needed but he was the only one looking after everything as he was managing the front desk when we checked in at 10:00 pm and when we came for breakfast at 9:30 am the next morning. There are train tracks across the road from hotel and a train passes through every so often even in the middle of night and disturbs your sleep. On the positive side, the room was clean and bedding was comfortable. Read more
"Good night sleep."
We had been driving since Calgary and the hotel was easy to find off the highway on the same route to the ferry terminal. Room was comfortable and very reasonably priced for the area.
"Would not stay"
Would not stay again... dissapointed
Hotel in good location to Langley, but train tracks very close to hotel. clean room and bath
"The Super 8 on hwy 10 Langley, B.C"
The hotel looks nice enough from the parking lot and in the front lobby. The staff individual was pleasant enough. Parking was adequate. Given Hwy 10 is a main artery and the hotel is right at the edge of the road, I requested a second floor room away from the noise of the road and train tracks. Trains whistles and rumbles wok me on two occasions during […] the night. The room was posted as a non smoking room but offered an ash try on the vanity. The vanity had numerous cigarette burns and looked nasty. The carpet had cigarette burns between the beds, and by the washroom. The carpet had major stains under the work desk area. The wall by the bed was stained with dark liquid i assume was soft drink splatter. There were numerous holes in the walls as if it were a dart board and two large cobwebs hang down from the ceiling in front of the shower entrance. The telephone pad was filth as if lunch had spilled on it. The room offered two bed's, the first one's support box was broken front and back and the bed rocked back and forth like a tee-ter-tauter. While sitting on the bed reading a news paper a small dark lady bug, type bug landed on the paragraph I was reading, when I attempted to fold the paper to trap it, it jumped, hoped into the bed. I opted to sleep on the one good bed, with my close on...Definitely over priced and not a pleasant experience. Read more
"Super 8 Langley"
Basic room clean but only two towels for two people House keeping very poor laundry left in hallway from night before, breakfast area not cleaned and cupboards dirty, the hallway carpets required vacuuming. The back door [fire escape] was hanging off with one of it's hindges broken but was working but allowed access by non residents.
"Not happy"
Firstly, this hotel is located directly across from a busy train track that runs all night. Our hotel towels smelled moldy. After driving 8hrs and wanting to refresh, drying off with smelly towels was not pleasant. The garbage dumpster was overflowing and smelled extremely bad. Overall, not at all happy with the stay. My partner was walking out the […] door to the truck and the hotel staff walked directly in his way and did not apologize. I felt it was very rude, and not at all very professional. We will not ever return to this hotel. Read more
