Only problem was that we were given a room that had a thin connecting door to the room next door so we could hear everything they were saying. The hotel was full so we couldn't switch rooms.

We have a son who attends University of West Virginia. We have stayed at the Best Western everytime we have gone down to visit him. It is minutes away from the University, close to Pizza Al's-best pizza around!!! and there's a gas station right across the street if you want snacks. The price is right and the staff is always friendly. Breakfast is OK, nothing to write home about...it fills your stomach is included and the coffee is good.

There were a few mistakes when booking our reservation online, but Mark the hotel manager did everything he could to go over and above and make sure we got into our room and got exactly what we needed. Very good employee, very good hotel!!! The stay was wonderful. We weren't in town for pleasure, but a little human kindness can really make things a pleasure!

Arrive at 3 pm, and Kevin was at the desk, super nice and ready to help. Sent us to CJ Maggies, go hungrey. Back to the room ....nice room for the money. Nice and quiet, bed was comfortable, towels and sheets were clean. If I get back to the area I would stay again.

We reserved a non smoking room. BUT we got a smoking one....the smell was so bad it made it difficult to sleep. OTherwise, great place to stay. Good price convenient location.

Thsi was one of the less memorarable stay in a motel. The wall paper was falling off the wall in the bathroom. The hair dryer that is normally mounted on the wall wans pulled off and laying on the counter in the bathroom. The outside of the tub wall had a hole kicked in it. There wa a oder in the room. Lastly the carpet in the room was filthy. .

We were looking for a reasonably priced room at a major chain. We wanted to experience a Red Roof. We were extremely disappointed. For the amount we paid we had an unclean room, dirty walls, shower drain that allowed you to shower in many inches of water. The only positive was that it was convenient to all of our needs.
