Everyone with whom we came in contact was friendly and helpful. Front desk manager was especially accommodating and pleasant. Minor bathroom repair was handled rapidly -- no waiting around. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. Hot tub was a bit too hot, but pool was nice temp. Overall, great experience.

This is a nice place I just got really bummed when my bathroom outlets did not work and I found a thick yellow long toenail on the floor by the night stand. The check in process was easy and vending machines were close to elevators which made that nice.

The hotel was amazing we got the king one bed whirlpool room and it was huge. When we walked in there was a separate room with a couch/ fold out bed fridge microwave toaster coffee tv then we walked to the bed room. It had a whirlpool in it and a nice comfortable bed. Very nice staff very clean rooms. When we arrived at 1:00 a.m. They had just had a very bad storm and there was no power which meant no AC. The staff helped us to our room by way of flashlight up the stairs. Thank God our phones and IPad were charged as they served as our only light in a completely pitch dark room. This was a perfect layover when heading towards the coast (we stayed here on the way down and back). Our room was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and unlike most hotels, the chlorine level was not so high that you couldn't use it. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, but there was an attendant that kept refreshing everything. […] It had a buffet that changes daily with items like french toast and bacon or eggs and sausage. The only thing negative I can think to say was that it advertised an in-room refrigerator and there was none (we had our cooler so it didn't matter). So the power goes out in the immediate area of the hotel. This is an act of God (or so they say). Is this hotel prepared in any way? Nope. Do the guests take cold showers? Yep. Is there anyone assisting the guests find their way in the dark? Heck no. Can the free breakfast happen? Sort of. A few flashlights, guests using their cell phones and cold […] food. You get the picture. Guests started flocking out of the hotel @ 6:30 a.m. O.k Things happen but has the power never, ever gone out? I believe it has and I believe we paid for something we didn't get and the staff could have cared less. Even the emergency lighting eventually ran out of battery power and without elevators guests were resigned to using completely dark staircases. Elderly guests were left to fend for themselves and families with small children struggled to find their way out of the hotel as quickly as possible. I will never stay at this particular hotel again. They were absolutely unprepared and unsympathetic! Read more
