the staff was wonderful, I definitely recommend the hotel for their friendliness and central location. Parking was easy either on the private street or in the parking deck. Definitely try the cookies that are complimentary at the front desk!!!

What an unusual hotel! The hotel is built in an old arcade, which the rooms still overlook. The rooms are exactly what you would expect from a Residence Inn (comfortable, no fuss), but the hotel itself is quite extraordinary. The amenities are great (free coffee, fruit, candies, even free billiards). The location is fantastic - just around the corner from the lively East 4th street (think restaurants, bars, fairy lights) and down the street from the ever popular Horseshoe Casino. Very central. We'll be back for sure.

The king bed had some wear on it but I found it very comfortable. The guests across the parking lot were drunk and partying at 3 am but I could have called the desk and didn't. I think it was prom night there. We stayed an extra night there before coming home.

Our stay was good enough that we decided to stay an extra night there instead of moving. We were exhausted from working and decided to spend the night in the area again. The hotel was a fantastic price and very clean. King bed had some wear on it but I found it very comfortable. The only negative was not the hotel but the weekend we were there must […] have been some prom night or something because the guests across from us continued to be drunk outside and beeping their horn. It was 3 in the morning. Not a lot of sleep till they crashed for the night. This really wasn't the hotels fault and I could have called the cops but didn't want the upset of it. Asa trip coordinator for 20 years for my local Senior Center I would rate it as very poor. as regards amenities. Staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. The front desk young lady, I felt so sorry for her because I went for coffee at 9 am and at 10.30 that night she was still there,. Apparently no one showed up to replace her and she stayed to make sure that the desk was covered. That to me speaks volumes to character. For the price, the motel cant be beat. As a Road Warrior for work, I know travel from the inside out. This is no 5 star hotel, but for a local Motel, this is top notch. The staff at the desk was very friendly! The room was clean, comfortable, everything was in working order, and our car was right infront of the room, which made it easy for tired travelers to retrieve items from the car. The kids especially loved the TV.

I was very surprise when we entered the room. It was very clean nice big flat screen TV two tone modern paint. Nice paintings/art on walls nothing cheeze and nice big barroom with hardwood on floor. Great place would definitely come back.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Great value, enjoyed the free local newspaper every morning. I grew up in this area and the location right off I 90 is handy to everything in Kirtland, Mentor and Willoughby.

I have defintiely stayed in better Red Roofs. This one was at the lowest ranking on the bar. They could definitely use some updating. Sometimes, the maids neglected to replace normal suppies like towels, coffee cups and sugar. Staff was very kind, accommodating and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Only complaint is that in the standard room the beds were really small and the bathroom was tiny but the room was spotless. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here before and was pleased. This time, however, I could not get the wi-fi to work very well. The signal was weak. Other than that, it is a nice and clean place in a safe neighborhood. It is right next to a Burger King, so you can easily get a bite of breakfast there.
