Stayed here for business. Toilet didn't flush properly and required me to turn off the water after toilet ran for 10+ minutes. Walls paper thin and could clearly hear neighboring room. Mediocre experience.

Place is under renovation. My room looked to have just been redone. It was clean and quiet. Would book here again. Only problem I had was maid didn't replace the coffee condiments for my second night stay.

I have stayed here three times now. Overnight stay each time on business. They are currently renovating each room. I stayed in a renovated room, fresh paint, new tv, etc. Make sure you stay in the building that's farther away from the highway. There is also a new Cumberland Farm gas station that has food next to the hotel. Handy!

We only needed a place to sleep for one night. It was affordable and when we needed to find somewhere to eat dinner, the choices were abundant. The hotel was renovating, but that was no excuse for the nail clippings on the floor in the bathroom. Other than that it served its purpose.

For an over-nighter, this was a great bargain. Clean comfortable room. A bit on the older side (bathroom could use some updating), but the price was a deal, and the room was clean and comfortable. You have to drive a mile or two to get to an amenity.

Microwave and refrigerator were reasons to move in as I am vegan and Boston does not have much to offer for vegans/vegetarians after 10 PM. Only issue I faced is, if you close the door there is no ventilation. You feel so much suffocated later that you get up and open up door for while. I could not sleep whole night due to it. its an older hotel, well maintained and kept up. nice flat screen lcd with dish i think. quiet, plenty of hot water with good pressure. plenty of coffee in the lobby, friendly staff. the town that its in,(southborough) is a nice town as well. kind of a pain in the butt to get anywhere, in town. its a nice stay for a good price.

Its a decent hotel for its price. But no breakfast, creaky beds and stiff, high pillows made an uncomfortable sleep, after thats the most important part of the stay! The interiors were dull and dated but rooms were spacious.

We were going to Boston, so this was about half-hour away (driving) and much more affordable than any hotel closer to the city. It was not a 5-star place, so one should expect accordingly. Hotel was ok. Room was small, but clean. Coffee was only in the office, not in the room, and the office was 100 yards away in another building. Staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient. SMOKING however, as a non-smoking room, the stench of stale smoke permeated every fabric in the bedroom and the bathroom. This hotel is what I would consider Barebones. The basic amenities were either missing or minimalized. There was no hair dryer in the room. I could not find any tissues when they were needed because I was looking for a box of Kleenex, or a dispenser neither of which I found. My wife later informed me that there was a small purse sized package that she […] had discovered. The bathroom was tiny, there was no coffee service in the room, and the WIFI didn't work when I first tried it. This was the 2nd hotel we booked on our trip and it was far inferior to our first accomodations, which had all of the things mentioned above as well as a small refrigerator in the room - at a similar price. Was on brief family trip. Stayed in back building. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Staff responsive but not very friendly or warm. A little out of way from Boston or Framingham, but right next to 495 and near 90 so convenient to travelers.

I had tried anther red roof inn, in Ann arbor MI, and liked it. It was decent for the amount of money that I had paid. But this one in Boston-Southborough, was not good at all. The sheets were not clean, so I had to tak out my own sheets from my car, and sleep on them. It was not at all clean.

Needed place reasonably priced for late arrival and early start... this place was perfect... very clean,polite help, right off highway, stores and restaurants within 1 mile away including Panera, nice hotel style decor with large flat screen TV, night light in bathroom and the best part--- excellent lighting including over the bed for reading.

We wanted to stay close to Boston without the Boston prices. This worked well for that reason. However, there is a sneaky little charge of $1.50 that they try to get you with...not a big deal...but a little hassle. Room was clean and comfortable.
