The stay itself was satisfactory, but my wife forgot her bed pillow. We returned approximately 7 hours later, but no one could find the pillow. If it had been a standard pillow, it would have been no problem. However, it was a $100.00 Tempur Pedic pillow. As far as we're concerned, they have some dishonesty in the housekeeping department, so be aware […] that if you forget something at this facility, it's gone, as we have got nothing but the run around from the hotel staff. My wife has phoned several times and finally ask to speak to speak to the manager on 2 different occasions and got voice mail. After the 2nd voice mail, she called the front desk again and asked if the manager was there today and was then told that the manager was out of the office for the week. We will definitely stay here again. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was attractive and inviting. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good shower. Very clean. Lots of towels. Good lighting. We stayed at this airport hotel for convenience but that didn't work out very well due to their shuttle system. Our first shuttle driver seemed annoyed with my wife since we decided to get off at the West stop even though our airline was East. On our return, we called when we got near the shuttle pick up. We were told the shuttle would be there in 3 […] minutes but unfortunately it came 35 minutes later. When it did arrive, such a large crowd had formed that the shuttle quickly filled. The driver said he could only fit one of us and the next shuttle would be 20 minutes. Just spent one night there and chose it because it had an airport shuttle and a work out room. Those were fine. But if you are used to staying at Marriotts or Hiltons, this is no Marriott or Hilton. A clean but very basic hotel. Nothing fancy at all.

My overall experience would have been great, however after nearly missing my flight due to waiting over an hour for the hotel shuttle to arrive left me disappointed. I checked out prior to noon and asked where I should wait for the noon shuttle. The desk clerk told me that the noon shuttle already left. It was not yet noon, so I was annoyed. The next […] shuttle was scheduled for 12:40. I inquired about their “every 20 minutes” advertisement and was told that only applies from 5am to 8am. I waited until 12:40 and was then told that the driver was running a few minutes late. At 12:50 I asked how much longer it would be. The desk clerk called the driver who said he would be there in 5-7 minutes. Another hotel employee said that if the driver didn't arrive soon, that he would go out back and get the second shuttle and take me. At 1:00, the shuttle arrived with passengers for another hotel, motioned for me to wait for a moment and then took them to their hotel. He returned a few minutes later apologizing for his delay. I mentioned that I must have "just missed" his noon departure and he told me that he had been driving around the airport since 11:45am looking for a flight crew he was supposed to bring back to the hotel. So, apparently, there never was a noon shuttle. If the desk clerk had been honest with me about that up front and offered to use the second shuttle to fulfill their schedule, I wouldn't have been running through the airport to barely catch my flight.
