Wyndham Garden Prescott - Prescott

We were in Prescott for an event recently and stayed at the Wyndham purely on a friend's recommendation. Nice hotel for the money we spent. Only negative was that the hotel pool was closed due to some unforeseen circumstances.

We stayed 4 nights and were very pleased with the size and comfort of the room. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Complementary breakfast was adequate if not great. Overall a great value and we would stay again.

The hotel was amazing, like a 5 star hotel with a 3 star price. The pool & spa are enclosed but has the outdoor feel. The courtyard has multiple seating places and a gazebo for outdoor enjoyment. It was super clean, great free breakfast, and the customer service was A++

Extremely pleased. Room very comfortable including bed and pillows. Liked having a seperate area to rest and watch TV. Nice having wifi and a desk for computer. We just spent one night and found it comfortable. The only complaint was the lights don't go off outside the sliding door so our room was never dark.

Room was clean. It had a nice sitting area and place to work at. Nice pool and fitness area. Good breakfast. Only drawback was their Internet signal wasn't very strong in the rooms, kept losing it.

It was the second time in a month that we stayed at this hotel. It is between Prescott Valley and Prescott. Perfect. Love the indoor pool. Nice, quiet, and private. The breakfast is decent. Will stay there again when we are in the area. Very nice staff!!

The set up of this hotel is a bit different but each room has french doors that open to your own patio with a couple of chairs to sit too. Didn't get to enjoy it but there is an indoor pool, jucuzzi, and work out facility that looks really nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. Over all the room was kept pretty clean and has good storage space […] if staying longer than a day. There is a restaurant on premise but didn't try it this time. The breakfast was nice waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. The hotel is set kinda in between Prescott and Prescott Valley but not too far from either. Was a very nice room, clean & beautiful. Only problem was that the nice big jacuzzi tub did not work.. Very sad about that. Took advantage of indoor jacuzzi & pool instead. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was well worth the cost of the room. Clean, comfy, great location away from the bustle of the city, but close enough. Included breakfast which was good. Only compliant was the ice machine not working and the heater didnt work as well as expected. Other than that, a great gem in the hills of the valley... I'd recommend it.

Upon arrival, we were given an upgrade from a King Non Smoking to a suite. This was great for us because my husband likes to get up earlier than I do and he was able to go out into the other room and drink his coffee without bothering me. Always stay here when in Prescott for business. Staff is helpful, breakfast is nice and incidental charges on debit/credit card are reasonable too. Very comfortable spacious rooms as well, beds are awesome. Great place to stay anytime.

From check in girl was thrown into front desk with out knowing what to do and no one to help her. Bartender only one working in grill bar very full with clients and totally overwhelmed was told to order from room that info was in there it wasn't after 20 min wait to get menu help decided it would be faster to leave and get food somewhere else even informed […] by front desk that would be the best thing to do. Everything was great! The only thing that I wish would have been better is that the shower head in our bathroom was old, clogged and water pressure was too weak.
